Nov 27,2024The cleaner (Logan) was excellent and his work ethic was top notch. He did a great job and we now have a sparkling range oven. The 4 star rating is not for the work but for the way the call centre kept calling, emailing etc trying to get more placed on the order, if they backed off a bit it would be five star review . Also need to up their payment methods to make it a safer and more secure one.

Nov 27,2024Absolute awful service. Was 2 hrs late of the 3 HR time slot. The man was rude and basically uninterested. Cleaned the oven and told him I was happy and just shrugged shoulders. Customer service was even more unhelpful accusing me of the photos I sent in where inaccurate as they didn't match the man that cleaned it.

Nov 27,2024Although I'd booked for the afternoon, the chap turned up in the morning calling me an hour before to say he was on his way. He was quick and very efficient, our double oven had built up over time with a lot of burnt in grime, which was a bit embarrassing, but less than an hour later it looked like new again! A brilliant job and will definitely use this company again.

Nov 27,2024Avoid! Booked and paid deposit for an oven clean. They didn’t contact me and didn’t arrive. Managed to call me incessantly inbetween visits to try and sell me other things but couldn’t call to rearrange or cancel an appointment. Pleased I took time off work to ensure this could happen for them to just not turn up….imagine if we all did our jobs so badly!

Nov 27,2024Very disappointed with the oven cleaning. A lot of things I expected to be cleaned were missed. Seals weren't cleaned there was still dirt and burnt food in between the doors and ovens. I did send an e mail with pictures,after having spoken to them by phone. I sent 3 messages and they didn't have the decency to reply. So don't go here they are only after your money and don't care about customer satisfaction. I will have to finish the cleaning myself. £65 for a bad job . Another Rip off Britain case ! After a reply from them on the 29th November saying someone would contact me to review my complaint it is now 10th January and still no contact ??? What does this show.!? They don't care. !

Nov 26,2024I was pleased with the clean,till the cleaner broke the glass on the oven door.I had no communication from the company unless I did it had no time scale as to when the glass would arrive it took 7 weeks roughly to get my glass,now I've rung the company and they r sending some one out today which I'm very pleased with

Nov 26,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY..... Just contacted me to take the balance for the clean booked in today, then 15 minutes later called to cancel the appointment, this is the 2nd cancellation from this scamming company. I will let you know if I get a full refund, very much doubt it.
