Couldn't be happier with my oven clean. It was the first time getting it clean since we bought the oven and now it sparkles like new! Ben was prompt, kept the kitchen clean and tidy, explained everything he was doing clearly and checked I was happy with the end result before he left. We will certainly be using Oven Support again! Waste of time. Guy was less than an hour and I never received the oven liners that were meant to be sent out to me. No reply to emailing chasing this either.
I was desperate for a professional oven clean because my regular guy was away on holiday. I figured Iād take a riskāthis company had good reviews, seemed reliable, and promised a top-quality service. But honestly, I have no idea where all the positive reviews are coming from, because our experience was an absolute disaster. The person who showed up spent more time on his phone than actually working. He was in and out in 45 minutes, despite the website saying the job should take at least 1.5 to 2 hours. The oven was barely cleanedāstill full of grease inside and absolutely filthy on the outside. It looked like someone had just wiped it down quickly and left. We even paid extra to have the gas hobs cleaned. He didnāt touch them until we literally begged him, and when he finally did, it was the laziest, sloppiest job imaginable. The rack on top? Still greasy. The finish? Embarrassing. We called to complain, and surprise surpriseā all they did is say we'll get back to you after reviewing photos. No apology, no refund, no concern. Just total indifference. At the end after a lot of chasing with emails and phone calls they offered us a re-clean but quite frankly I don't trust them with my oven This isnāt just bad serviceāitās borderline scammy. Do not waste your time or your money. Avoid this company like the plague.

On August 5th 2024 at 0800, we had our double oven cleaned and a follow-up conversation resulted in us entering into an agreement requiring us to pay £11 per month on the 9th of each month and the following is shown on my bank statement: 9-7-24-£11 & £27 (This £27 charge may have been for sheets for protecting the bases of the two ovens.) 9-8-24-£11 9-9-24-£11 9-10-24-£11 9-11-24-£11 9-12-24-£11 9-1-25-£11 9-2-25-£11 9-3-25-£11 However, due to my wife's physical state changing unexpectedly in November 2023, requiring a stay of two weeks in Derriford Hospital in Plymouth, she exhibited symptoms that necessitated my consulting our GP who on assessing my wife agreed with my fears and referred her to the Neurology Dept in Derriford where during an appointment with a Consultant she was diagnosed as having Parkinson's. My wife and I then agreed we needed to move to a safer environment and the result is that before the end of April 2025 we hope to be moving into a new Churchill's Retirement Living apartment in Taunton Somerset. Given this, we shall not require an oven clean in our current address in Cornwall and may set up a new agreement in Taunton, assuming you cover that area and our finances can afford it. Nor will we need an oven clean in the foreseeable future. To date I believe we have paid a total of £88 and therefore I would respectfully request a refund of that amount. I would appreciate you giving this attention in the immediate future. Kind regards Michael Adamson Having received no response whatsoever, nine days later I sent a reminder (19th March 2025) Again, no response whatsoever and on April 7th 2025 I sent a final repeat enquiry giving them seven days to reply but not holding my breath. I will never use his company again and I will never recommend them at all. Use them at your peril. In my book they are a company devoid of understanding and empathy.. Update today, 15-4-25 I received a call from Kim of Oven Support apologizing for not replying blaming it on a new system of operation. I was informed that no more Direct Debits would be taken and I have £99 in credit from previous payments made that will be protected and can be used at a future date but are not refundable as stated in their T&Cs. Not the outcome I was hoping for but I have given an additional star and will see what the future brings.

Avoid at all costs. Incompetent customer service staff and inability to update time changes. After having written a complaint I was informed as my oven was cleaned they do not care about my feedback on the service I received, after having one appointment cancelled and another 5 and a half hours late. Staff clearly need some training on how to interact with their customers effectively and in a professional manner. The outcome of the clean was average and not worth the £110 I paid. Lots of hidden costs, better services by proper professionals out there.

Our oven door was broken by the original cleaner. 2 weeks later, replacement part delivered. Engineer arrived and said he couldnāt repair the door. A new door needs to be ordered and possibly a dedicated Neff engineer is needed to resolve. Zero stars is not an option

My Oven looks amazing! Like a New Oven. Oven support called me several times, but did not hassle me, and when I was ready I booked.

I so wished there was a zero star selection. After submitting a Trust Pilot Review Oven Support contacted me and arranged for my oven to be cleaned. Guess what? They cancelled again. And again it was on a Saturday. Iāve taken more time off than Santa waiting for my oven to be cleaned. This has to be the worst Company in the WORLD. Do not get sucked in to their BS
The oven was very poorly cleaned and is still messy. I think any cleaning was limited to the oven racks and not the oven itself. I was not provided with any explanation as to why the oven was cleaned so poorly.
Great guy who did a good job
I must be one of the unlucky customers. First time for me to use the company and they didnāt arrive. I had a call to say that they were running late which then turned into ā can we reschedule your appointment ā. My response was ānoā and I am now taking my custom elsewhere. They have responded for me to complete a form for the refund of my deposit but a week later, still no refund!
Jim was fantastic and worked miracles with the oven I inherited when I moved into my new house, would highly recommend!
