Feb 28,2025I wish I'd brought my whole build here, amazing customer service, clearly people who care about the passion rather than just wanting to make a quick sale. Provided an alternative item based on what I was looking for after a stock issue resulting in them not having what I had ordered(Totally not their fault, it happens!) Took the time to ensure the part I was buying would work in my PC, that I had any relevant links to the item to look into it myself, and ensured I was aware of the brand. Assured me they would get it to me within 24 hours, and they did. 5 Stars isn't enough here. Keep up the great work!

Feb 19,2025DO NOT SHOP HERE I’m putting one star because zero is not a option do not trust them they will say they have a item in stock after you buy it they will say they do not have it will try offer you a cheaper one and if you ask for the refund you will messed about it’s has been over a month and I still have not got my money back DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT, A MASSIVE SCAM

Jan 29,2025These guys have gone above and beyond to get me the right motherboard for my pc, there was a compatibility issue with the one I ordered from thier site, rather than ship something that wouldn't be any good they called and checked in with me confirming my specifications and found something that would work and got it ordered ASAP

Jan 17,2025Fantastic customer service. Ordered a motherboard that turned out to not be in stock due to a manufacturer mistake. Rather than just cancelling the order, Leo saw this was out of stock throughout the UK and went out of his way to find me one of the last ones the manufacturer had in stock overseas and get it shipped out to me next day, keeping me in the loop by phone throughout the process. Completely above and beyond.

Dec 26,2024Terrible service and overcharged. This is the second time in two years I've had issues with them regarding a motherboard. When I purchased the item this time, they didn't have it in stock. They offered a replacement at nearly double the price, despite it being an inferior product compared to what Amazon was offering. When I asked for a discount, they ignored my request and changed the subject. I eventually received the motherboard, but it was faulty. They repeatedly claimed the motherboard was new, but this was clearly false. The box was open, cables were missing, and nothing was packaged as it should have been. Just like the previous motherboard two years ago, this one was obviously not new as they stated. I returned it for a refund, which they issued, but it was a complete waste of my time dealing with their dishonesty and the faulty product.

Dec 17,2024They answer the phone (rare nowadays). They advice on your purchases and get you the best deal. Rapid delivery and a very reasonable price. Tech support rapid and friendly too. I would never go anywhere else now. Excellent!

Nov 22,2024Nov 2020 - I'd like to send a shout out to to the team at PCupgrade especially my builder Stu who handled all my queries and concerns with such professionalism. Some of my friends tried to trip him up with his suggestions but he came back with facts and links to back them up and left my friends speechless. I ended up with over 80 messages back and forth with Stu to which he answered all my endless questions and gave me great service. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade or buy a new system!! Update Nov 2024 - I'm back 4 years later and with Stu again (glad to see they kept him). He's given me solid advice and entertained all my questions, queries and concerns. This time we went for a much higher system specification and looking forward to my delivery now 😀.

Sep 29,2024Monitor I ordered was not in stock even though the website showed it was. I was called immediately to explain the error. They managed to source the correct monitor and it was delivered within 2 days. Good company to deal with. Just dropped one star due to the incorrect website information.

Sep 09,2024I had a Desktop PC PSU blow up on me (blue flash) early one Thursday morning. I was looking for the same model of PSU. PCUpgrade phoned me to say it had been made obsolete but they had checked and the replacement model they suggested had the same specs. I went with this and it was delivered on the Saturday. It was easier to fit into the Desktop PC (flat cables instead of large round cables) and it all worked fine when switched on. Great customer service.

Sep 06,2024I went on to order a new motherboard, as I suspected mine was fried. They managed to source me a replacement board that is out of stock everywhere and got it next day delivered! Leo in particular was extremely lovely annd helpful.

They searched around for me and even after finding none available in the UK, carried on and managed to find one in the Netherlands shipped within two days and early morning. Couldn't ask for any better service. Thanks again Leo!

Jun 25,2024This is my third time back. I did what some do I went alone in the beginning but more than I knew. So I asked for help from pcupgrade the team just helped me get figured out what was needed best thing I ever did. Not to mention these are the best priced for value in my opinion competitive priced. I genuinely know I can rely on the quality of the product being sent to me, not a single problem with multiple items now prompt post and I feel perfectly reassured coming to this store knowing it’s gonna be sorted. I not by choice for some reason end up running on F chips mainly so I need perfect boards or good luck troubleshooting it. So the team deserve special mention.

Mar 01,2025Great customer service, I was looking to purchase new motherboard, after giving them a ring and quick chat i was invited to bring my PC for a test, it turns out that that this component isn't faulty and my PC is okay. Thanks to Stu my PC is back and running and i was not charged for testing a penny! PCUpgrade is definitely a place where i will by my next PC!
