I felt like this company really cared from the start. I was constantly kept up to date about what was happening and felt assured that the plumber was going to do a good job. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. I feel like the repairs have been completed to a very high standard. I hope I don't need to use the emergency cover again but if I do, I feel really assured about the service I will receive.

The customer assistant was very helpful and thorough when going through my claim with me. And once I followed the payment link an engineer was in touch and arrived just a few minutes later. I am very impressed with the service.

I contacted my Halifax insurance company due to a leak from my toilet. The plumber was arranged to call out between 16:00pm - 20:00pm. The plumber arrived at 15:45pm luckily my parents were at the house as I was racing home from work to meet the plumber at the arranged 16:00pm time. As I arrived home the plumber was leaving at 16:00pm so he was only here for 15mins ( although he put on his time sheet he was here and hour!) He said it was a "Trace And Access" problem , meaning he is unable to move any floor boards, paneling, or move the toilet find the leak. So we are left we a toilet we cannot flush due to water seeping over our bathroom floor. What a total waste of time!! What is the point of emergency home cover if they don't even do anything! 🤬
The call was answered quickly, they were polite and professional. Engineer booked for same day, and claim was extremely painless!
I was notified every time there was something to report. Engineer arrived within time stated. Leak was fixed.
Very annoyed the boiler hasn’t been fixed. There is still a leak Coming from the boiler and the tenants were told they have to top up the pressure every six hours consequently he’s got to go back and fix the problem.
