Aug 19,2024The first engineer did not turn up. After I waited in for two and a half hours I called and was told that he had called in sick and wasn't coming but nobody thought to tell me. The engineer that attended the next day was courteous and friendly and cleared the blockage quickly

Aug 19,2024The team tried their best to find a plumber for an emergency leak in the weekend. Kept me informed promptly throughout the process. It was resolved in 2 days but I can't blame them it wasn't same day appointment, as I know it's difficult to get a plumber at a short notice.

Aug 13,2024The visit was booked between 8 & 12noon. A morning off work was acceptable. Then the visit was delayed to 1pm then 2pm then 3pm then arrival 3.45pm. I lost a day of work, as I am 10 minutes drive from home I could easily have had a call at work & been home for the engineer. A poor system of managing visits. The engineer was efficient when he arrived!
