This company was assigned by Halifax home emergency cover to fix a boiler issue. They have sent an engineer 3 times now and still not fixed it. Left a vulnerable customer without heating for over a week. Disgraceful

This is probably the best experience I have had of any maintenance service. PMS was quick to contact me and swift to come around and fix my electrical issues. The communication was excellent throughout. The engineer was patient and cautious. He could not finish the work the same day because he could not get a matching part. But he came round and sorted it the next, Thank you for an excellent service.

Zak was courteous, professional and friendly. He carried out the work with no problem and went above and beyond when there appeared to be a problem with the shower (there was a bubbling sound coming from the drainage) and was able to reassure me that it was working fine.

We spoke to utility warehouse who stated thus company was managing our boiler service. They failed to arrange this so to keep our boiler guarantee we have paid privately. We are now informed as we cancel we will get no refund for the service we never received and a further fee of ÂŁ30. If I had known this was simply a facilities company who phones round to find a plumber I could have done this more successfully myself.
