Great service All done to perfection
Obviously my insurance company uses preferred as an agent for home emergencies. They reported my home emergency on a Thursday and told me my issue will be resolved on that day. But it wasn't resolved untill Monday! What's the point of having home emergency policy.
Very helpful and supportive
Drainage engineers arrived within 2 hours of reporting blockage. All sorted, pleasant and friendly.
Very punctual very courteous and better still alleviated the problem and took his time giving the extra flushing of all drains. Would definitely use again.

Engineer turned out with in an hourand a half, but no call to advise eta or if job had been raised, rang preferred management solutions twice, but hung up after waiting for a long periods of time.

Very impressed with the service we received when we had a leaking waste pipe.An Engineer incredibly came on the same day & fixed the problem and gave further advice on what to do. We were really happy with the Engineer and with the work he did, as well as the tracking of the job which kept us regularly informed of progress.
