Adviser, Ryan, listened and understood problem quickly. He was clear and cheerful and fully explained the process. He got an plumber to come out within the hour and made a follow up call to see how it was going.

Had problems with my porch door, rang the claims line at UW to get help, got a 4 hour slot for the contractor to come out.

Ryan was very helpful, he reassured me with the problem and he phoned around to try and get someone out sooner to help repair our roof as it is leaking. Originally nobody could come out until Monday but now we have somebody coming out tomorrow and we really appreciate his support and effort to get this sorted sooner for us.

Very helpful and efficient staff. They were knowledgeable and went out of their way. Several attempts were made to engage a company to help and the one they picked were here within 15 mins of the given start time. The girls I spoke to were very polite.
