The call was answered promptly. Ryan was most polite and courteous,spoke clearly, explained everything and ultimately got everything sorted out in good order. Nothing was too much trouble. Was well impressed. If only all calls were as easy and helpful it would make everyones lives a lot easier.

I have leaking roof and I was so worry about as I'm going for holiday and did bother me roof of my house and leaking water throu when was raining heavily. Paul whos working in UW he was so great so helpfull manage to orgenize specialist who's comig this Friday to fix roof of my house. I am so grateful to hi as many people talked to.me and never orgenized anything just pasdi g information but he was the o e who took this further and orgenize specialist who actually will come this Friday I'm so grateful to him for taking my worry about my house seriously. I hope this would be recognised as he did excellent service for me. I leaving a excellent feedback as his service is on very high standards which I would hole all workers would have if is come to safety and worry of other people. Huge Thank you to Paul I'm so grateful for his help. Marzena S

The male who came out this evening was fantastic!!!! He took his shoes off respecting my house with it been a new build, communicated to me the issue and what was needed to complete the job, cleaned up after himself .. even checked my downstairs toilet to ensure everything was safe. I cannot thank this guy enough. Especially how polite and outgoing he was. I wish all staff members were like him!!! Thank you again for been so amazing.

When you cal Utility Warehouse with a problem you can actually get to speak to a human being who will try their absolute best to solve the issue. I recently had a faulty gas meter which was racking up hundreds of units and massively inflating my usage and gas bill. Eventually the meter completely stopped working and cut off my supply rendering me without hot water and heating! After much to-ing and fro-ing calling gas emergency services and personnel at UW my faulty meter was finally replaced and I personally want to mention Hannah, Jasmine and Simon who made this happen for me. Without their constant reassurance and efforts to locate and deploy the emergency gas engineer I have no doubt I would still be without power and a functioning gas meter. These people were personally caring considerate and worked constantly to resolve my issue, they phoned back when they said they would and even after my meter was finally replaced at 8pm on a Saturday night I received a call back from Jasmine to check that everything was working ok and that I was happy. I call this excellent service above and beyond the call of duty and UW is lucky to have such dedicated reliable and caring customer service staff working for them. I commend them all for the help they gave me through what was a very distressing and frustrating time So a huge Thankyou to Hannah, Jasmine and Simon. Also to Phil the gas engineer who attended my property and fitted my new meter on a Saturday evening

Resolved my issue without delay, which was especially important as water leaking from boiler and arranged for someone to come out within a couple of hours on a Saturday.
