This company has been nothing of fantastic. My boiler broke down at the weekend and from start to finish I have been notified of every single detail. I have received courtesy calls to let me know about engineer timing/dates to suit me and the engineer that has attended went above and beyond for me. Never had such an amazing experience with a company before! Thank you to jade and Steve and all other staff I have spoken too!!
Phoned up for a blocked drain emergency. Phone was answered very quickly, probably about 10 seconds, which is amazing. Chloe was super efficient taking all the details down and progressed the call straight away.

Reported my problem at 0900. Plumber was here at 1400 and problem solved by 1700 as he had to go and get parts. He was very polite, immediately diagnosed the issue and repaired it efficiently and quickly. Outstanding service!!!

Jul 08,2023Used the callback service and Sam rang in less than 5 minutes. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Took us through the procedures and explained when necessary. Within half an hour we had our date and time slot booked and look forward to the visit from the engineer who has been to us before which gives us peace of mind having the same professional engineer.
