I have received courtesy calls to let me know about engineer timing/dates to suit me and the engineer that has attended went above and beyond for me. Never had such an amazing experience with a company before! Thank you to jade and Steve and all other staff I have spoken too!!

Jul 08,2023Used the callback service and Sam rang in less than 5 minutes. He was courteous, friendly and professional. Took us through the procedures and explained when necessary. Within half an hour we had our date and time slot booked and look forward to the visit from the engineer who has been to us before which gives us peace of mind having the same professional engineer.
