He proactively got in touch to introduce himself, kept us thoroughly updated throughout on email and phone, was always happy to make himself available if we called or needed anything, and was always so professional and knowledgable. I sincerely believe we only completed on time because of Itzhak, because he notified us when he encountered blockers and was quick to pivot and offer alternative solutions to get things over the line.
