Mar 28,2025Would NOT recommend this “solicitor” They are happy to take your money but when it comes to a breach in contract from the sellers side they do not offer support. I am now out of money from what was contractually agreed pre sale and documented and they have washed their hands with it. My solicitor who can be found via the case, does doesn’t explain anything about the house process just passes documents over to sign review and pay. Not happy at all.

Mar 28,2025It took 3 potential buyers and 2.5 years to get a sale completed but Premier Property Lawyers and in particular our Conveyancer Krista helped throughout the process. The online portal was easy to access, manage and upload documents. The portal gave clear up to date information relating to the progress of the sale and logged all communication. Calls or emails were always responded to promptly. I would be happy to use PPL for any future sales and would happily recommend them to others

Mar 28,2025Arnold Ushiadi was incredible helpful during the whole process. He kept me well informed and was always willing to answer any (and many) questions I had as a first time buyer. Additionally he was very on the ball with chasing the seller's solicitor to speed up the process. Buying a house is very stressful but Arnold was happy to take some of that stress away from me and handle the process very well. Should I have any further conveyancing needs, Arnold will be my go to!

Mar 28,2025The personal service from Suhaylah Jussab was excellent and much faster than our buyer's solicitors. Took a while to understand the 'online automation' and think the eway portal could be simplified and had a few glitches (eg downloading document from phone ok but not laptop). All in all an excellent service and good value for money (especially with coop discount). Would definitely use again.

Mar 28,2025It is fair to say my sale has experienced many highs and lows taking much longer than expected. However, throughout this whole process I can say thanks to Nasir Aslam I've stayed sane. His direct, honest approach meant I knew the state of play, what my options were, and what I needed to do when. Given it's been about a year, he also gets top marks for his patience, resilience and making me laugh when the original sale fell through and we were starting over. Also, never used a system like eWay before and found it a useful way to manage the documentation side of things.
