My conveyancer was Michelle Eyre and she was very quick in trying to move things on, she was up against the buyer's exceedingly slow solicitor's. She kept me up to date regularly and dealt with any queries very quickly. I couldn't fault her professionalism in any interaction that took place. She is an asset to PPL.

Mar 19,2025Nathan, our conveyancer always responded to our queries by email very promptly, usually with a telephone call to explain the procedures taking place. He was very proactive and efficient, keeping the process on track despite communication difficulties with our buyer's solicitor.

Mar 19,2025My experience was very good. Radhika Balamovski was so helpful every time I emailed her if i didn't understand anything she replied in the same day. And she would make sure i understood everything before she ended the call . The day I moved in to my new home, Radhika phoned me to see if I got my keys and got in to my property OK which I thought was very nice .I would definitely use premier property lawyers again.

Mar 19,2025We can’t thank Bhavini Somaya enough for the work that she done for us with selling our property and buying our new property. When telephoning her if she couldn’t answer the phone we would leave a message she got straight back to us. She got back to us by email to update us with any news. We were never left hanging or wondering why we hadn’t been contacted she always kept us informed. Bhavini has worked very hard to get all properties exchanged before the stamp duty rise at the end of March. Thank you. Bhavini is very friendly and helpful and if we didn’t quite understand anything, she would take the time to explain so that we did understand. We have used Bhavini several times and was always happy to use her again. If anyone is thinking of selling or buying property we would highly recommend Bhavini Somaya.

Their lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable, and it’s clear that customer care isn’t a priority. I expected professionalism and prompt service, but instead I’ve been met with silence and broken promises. I would advise potential clients to be very cautious when dealing with this company.
