We found the eway portal really user friendly, very easy to navigate and locate any document and respond to any queries. Laura Swift was very professional and provided us with sound advice on some complex issues surrounding our Grade 2 listed property and survey issues. Commination was good but perhaps some more regular updates when nearing exchange would have been greatly received as this was the period our anxiety was at its highest and some comms just to confirm everything was in hand would have been greatly received but all being said a good service and thanks to Laura and her team.

Mar 14,2025We have had to use Premier Property Lawyers as part of our package with Yopa. The quote for services did not come until late on despite emailing and asking about it. The cost is between £300 and £600 more than every other quote I have recieved. We have had minimal contact and the online form is constantly not allowing us to log on to our account stating that there is a problem with the page. I've tried different browsers. I've had to email twice about this issue and not recieved any contact back. I've called and left a message also. At this rate we will lose our buyer.
