Mar 17,2025We have dealt with Andrew before with my dad’s sale of house and he did such a brilliant job so we decided to go with him again with the sale and the purchase of our new bungalow. At first I was in doubt as Andrew was only dealing with our purchase but then explained this to Charlotte who was dealing with the sale so she handed over the case which made sense . Then I spoke to one of Andrew colleges in his absent who said we would never complete before end March which I was a little upset . Well Andrew proved this lady wrong . Wow Andrew managed to Exchange us with 6 weeks that is amazing hard work so now we don’t pay extra stamp duty . Andrew is fantastic at his job and he always went the extra mile to get things done quickly . We would absolutely recommend Andrew to our friends and family . Mar 16,2025Terrible experience so far using premier property lawyers. Costs have gone up 3k from the initial quote. My solicitor has no idea what's happening with my case and difficult to get a hold of. She tells the seller's solicitor that things are with me that she hasn't informed me about. She keeps telling me queries are still with the seller but can't tell me what. The seller's side is getting frustrated as am I. I've resulted in having to chase her on every little bit despite paying way above what's average cost for this purchase. I've asked to be copied into to correspondence with my lendor which she hasn't done. I honestly don't trust her to communicate the right information at this point. I would absolutely not go with them for your house purchase or sale.

Mar 15,2025Thank you for your help with selling my house. Being online does make things easier as opposed to traveling to a branch however, the online dashboard can be confusing to begin with. Both solicitors who I've spoken to have been friendly and helpful.
