Mar 13,2025As a first-time buyer, I trusted my broker’s recommendation and engaged this firm without conducting any prior research. Unfortunately, this decision has caused me significant stress. It has now been almost a month, during which I have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails, yet received no response. Eventually, I sent a final email stating that if I did not receive a reply, I would escalate a complaint and switch to another solicitor. The following day, I finally received a call and was assured that I would be provided with an estimated completion date. However, it has now been nearly a week, and I have yet to hear anything further. Their service and communication have been extremely poor and unprofessional. Additionally, I have discovered that I am being charged nearly double the market rate. If you are looking for a conveyancer, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. Do not rely solely on online reviews—take the time to research thoroughly. This has been a truly frustrating and disappointing experience. I will be consulting another conveyancer tomorrow and making the switch after enduring a month of poor service. Avoid this firm to save yourself from unnecessary stress and disappointment.

Extremely slow to respond, lying about progress, do not pick up the phone, do not dig into complex issues, refuse to give any timescales and slow to respond to queries. We have been waiting nearly 6 months to exchange and complete and we still do not have a date. Please avoid.
