Extremely poor service, especially for the fees being so expensive. Communication was non existent, when a reply final came in it was a Brief email avoiding all of the questions asked. The direct number always went to voicemail, of which a call back did not happen. I received better communication 2 days before my exchange, more than likely it get it done before stamp duty. Overall, I would avoid this company at all costs.

Nasir was very efficient and knowledgeable. He promptly responded to all emails. The eWay portal was a great tool to see how progress was being made (wish other firms had similar apps!) Overall, great service. This is the second time we have used PPL and would use again in the future.
Currently purchasing a property and using another team. The person who is selling the property is using this firm and they are causing unnecessary delays by not communicating with not only my solicitor but their own client. I have had three completion dates come and go with a call at 4:45 on a Friday PM saying it’s not going to happen. I would avoid at all cost
As a first-time buyer unfamiliar with many terms, I had an amazing experience. Excellent communication! The portal is amazing because it keeps you up to date.
Unfortunately, it was extremely difficult to communicate with our conveyancer throughout the process. She did not promptly reply to emails and it was almost impossible to reach by phone when ringing her direct number. When ringing the general company, they were also quite unhelpful. I had to rely on my estate agent for updates, rather than my conveyancer. When I finally did reach her, the phonecalls would then last an extremely long time as she attended to what I was asking her to do while I was on the call, rather than promptly completing things and then giving me an update. This meant I spent hours on the phone, and I felt nothing would have moved forward if I hadn't chased and reminded her. She also did not always have the most up to date information on our case. I would not recommend and will not be using Premier Property Lawyers again.

Adam worked tirelessly to get our move completed before the stamp duty date. He diligently followed up every email we sent and didn’t get stressed, even when we were! I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a smooth and efficient moving process.
