May 03,2024Brian came on time and was very thorough with his work. He gave us some useful advice as new build home owners and did his role well. We received the full snag report later on the same day which we will now look to pass to our developers. Thank you Premier Snag and in particular Brian.

May 01,2024A seamless process from start to finish which is definitely a big help in alleviating the stress of buying a new house. Very easy process, from booking an available date, through to inspection and then receiving my report. Brian gave us a courtesy call the day before our booked inspection and was responsive on the day despite a few inconveniences caused by site. We really appreciated that as we weren’t at the property ourselves. We have just reviewed the report that was sent and are very satisfied in its comprehensiveness. Brian was amazing in being responsive to messages about our report and offering to walk us through any parts of the report that we wanted to explore and also in giving us updates on when we would receive the report( it only took 3 working days for this to come through- so really pleased with this!) Overall a seamless process, would definitely recommend.

Apr 10,2024I recently booked a post completion inspection for my new build house and was very happy with the service from Premier Snag. Matthew turned up and was super helpful and friendly and spent just over 3 hours inspecting the house. Overall I was very pleased, the only slight thing I could fault is the way you pay which I thought was slightly confusing but this was probably more my fault and was quickly sorted after speaking with Matthew.

He conducted the inspection thoroughly, spending almost 4 hours, and provided detailed inspection report with pictures highlighting key issues. The after-sales service was also excellent! He efficiently responded to my queries about the inspection report issues. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone. Furthermore, Michael was kind and respectful of my new home. Overall, my experience with Premier Snag was excellent!! From booking the inspection to changing of appointment and actual inspection service, everything was top-notch.
