After getting around 100 snags on our new build we involved Premiersnag to go through everything with a fine tooth comb. These guys were very professional, reliable, turned up on time and gave honest opinions. They also found things that neither we nor the builder would have ever found (problems in the loft which would have caused the upstairs ceilings to collapse!). Couldn't thank you more, reasonably priced and worth every penny!

Brilliant service!!! After buying a new build property, Premier snags highlights a number of things i would never of thought of so saved me lots of work and money in the long run. Well worth it, very professional.

I recently used premier snag on my 5 bed new build development in Lichfield and was very impressed with the level of service and detail Premier Snag went in to whilst inspecting my property. They picked up a number of items I wasn't aware of and have saved me £1000s in potential repair costs. I'd highly recommend using Premier Snag to anyone who is looking to buy a new build.

We have been extremely pleased by the assessment completed earlier this year. We were able to share the report with our home builder who have visited us and are working through the very thorough report Premiersnag produced. As this is the first time we have ever bought a new home the companies efficiency and professionalism has been brilliant guiding us to get problems rectified quickly with the builder.

Thank you to the Premier Snag Team for such a fantastic service. An Inspector attended our property and within a day a full and thorough report was issued which highlighted 140 items in total. They also helped us liaise with the builder when they were dragging their heels with some of the items highlighted. Very friendly and helpful staff and I would highly recommend.
