Jul 08,2024I purchased a 3 bed semi new build and Tom from Premier Snag came to perform my snagging survey a few days after I moved in. Tom was very thorough and went over the entire house externally, internally, also checking electrical plugs, central heating working. The report has been sent to my builder so I can walk through corrective actions with them. I was very pleased with the report and the high level of customer service Tom provided. Would definitely recommend.

Jul 05,2024Highly recommend Premier Snag if you are purchasing a new build. Matthew carried out our post-completion full snagging inspection in the Manchester area. Fantastic service all around. Matthew was very thorough in his checks and was more than happy to talk through what he identified with the action required from the developer. Comprehensive report was received within 24 hours.

He's attentive and comes across passionate about making sure everything is up to standard. Would 100% recommend Premier Snag and if possible to request Tom for your inspection I would.

Jun 27,2024We have recently used Premier Snag for our new build property and have found them to be excellent. Booking was really simple online and we then had contact from James who was going to attend to complete the snagging to confirm the appointment. James was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and spent a good 4-5 hours checking everything over, giving us advice along the way. We received our report within 24 hours with over 150 items identified, most of which we wouldn’t have picked up ourselves but could cause us issues in the future if not rectified. We would definitely recommend Premier Snag for any new build properties!

Jun 26,2024Incredible value for money! Brian was fantastic and the report was ready within 24 hours. I had completed my own snagging report and found 10 items, Brian found 133, some of which were incredibly important. If you've bought a new build I would highly recommend.

Jun 24,2024I used Premier Snag for our New Build and the company was very professional with our request. We had to reschedule the appointment couple of times and the team were prompt on our request even though it was a weekend. On the day of inspection, Brian was very detailed with his observations and sent the report within 24 hours which is now being discussed with builder. Brian also gave us some nice tips for new build for first few years of living in the house which was quite helpful. Highly recommend Premier Snag.

We were initially drawn to Premier Snag's social media presence—they were quick to respond, and the entire communication and booking process was seamless. Everything you need is provided, making it easy to book without any hassle or long wait times. Tom Feeney conducted our inspection, and I am thoroughly impressed with how meticulous he was. Tom's attention to detail is incredible, reflecting decades of industry experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with excellent advice. We received the report the following morning at 5:30 am, and it is brilliant. The format, with pictures and tick boxes, makes it much easier for us to stay on top of everything. I am so glad we did this for our peace of mind and to save time and worry. This service offers incredible value for money. If you're buying a new build, do not hesitate to use Premier Snag. Tom not only found these issues but always advised the best approach with Persimmons, to make sure we not only get them resolved but to make sure we get the best result! Would recommend him to anyone buying a New Build!
