James Griffiths carried out our inspection and was extremely professional, discreet, and reassuring throughout. The report was detailed and comprehensive, helping us clearly understand the issues without being confrontational – something we really appreciated. The drone footage provided an excellent overview of the property, and the thermal imaging was particularly useful for spotting things we might have missed. James’s approach was calm, methodical, and very reassuring from start to finish. On top of all that, the pricing was extremely competitive. We’d happily recommend Premier Snag to anyone looking for a reliable and professional snagging service.

Mar 26,2025James was excellent performing the snag of my new property. He took time to explain everything and answer any questions we had. The snag consisted of drone and thermal cameras too which isn’t always included with all companies so it was really good value for money too. Following the snag the report came through quickly and it was nicely formatted allowing the builders to go through item by item. If you need a snagged I highly recommend premier snag!

Mar 23,2025I honestly don’t know what to say. I found Premier Snag on google after nearing completion on our first property and I’m so glad. Tom came today to do our property and from the start he made me and my other half feel at ease. He was knowledgeable, friendly and did a thorough job. As someone who suffers from social anxiety - I felt comfortable with Tom straight away which is a massive plus for me. Furthermore, Tom spent his Saturday writing our report as he knew our flooring was booked in for Monday and did not want anything to disrupt this. Thank you so much Tom :)

However, the Premier Snag team were really good with responding to all our concerns and gave us great advice. Paul was very helpful and gave us a full detailed report and explained everything to us and it was very reassuring. Thank you for all your help.

Mar 12,2025I warmly recommend Premier Snag. Our snagger Brian had a wealth of experience in the construction industry, and was therefore able to spot (potential) issues that we'd never have noticed without his help. We bought the platinum package, including both pre- and post-completion snagging. I'd definitely recommend that, since construction companies put restrictions on what can and cannot be inspected pre-completion.

Mar 12,2025Booking an appointment is very easy via their online booking system. Snagging survey report is issued the next day, morning. David Higgins, the surveyor, is very approachable and answered all my queries in sufficient details. With this, I was able to submit the report to the seller, who acknowledged the issues identified and promised to rectify those. I would recommend to hire them as there are matters/defects not obvious to us buyers, especially first-time buyers.

Mar 10,2025David came to do the snagging for our new build apartment. He was very thorough and professional. The snagging was done at 9am and we got the report within 24 hours. Highly recommended (given it's a huge investment on a new home) as I literally couldn't pick all those items by myself without the professional knowledge!

Mar 06,2025Brian conducted an inspection of my new build home this week, prior to me moving in. He was very thorough, spoke with the developer during his visit and was communicative throughout. The report was sent around 6am the following day, and received by the developer without complaint. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Felt very assured and the report after had issues I would never in a thousand years find, for peace of mind on a new build was very aprricaiated.

Apr 02,2025I’ve recently used Premiersnag to come and inspect my new build property. Brian was very professional and very knowledgeable of how things should be. We did have our own snag list before he came, anyway he found each one of them and more! Some of those things found we wouldn’t think to look for, so therefore we are very happy and would recommend premiersnag to anybody buying a new build. Just gives you piece of mind that what might be a little issue now, won’t turn into a bigger issue in the future.
