Mar 04,2024The team kindly assisted me with a snagging on a new build house, due to personal circumstances I wasn't able to book the follow up appointment for a substantial time. When I did though they went above and beyond and even noticed some things with the landscaping and thermals that have become more pronounced over time. Would recommend them to all, great guys!

Mar 01,2024David turned up promptly. Was polite and focused on the job at hand. Spent over 4 hours inspecting the property in detail. Very pleasant demeanour and insightful throughout. Later the same evening the full detailed report came through from Premier Snag. First class service from start to finish, thank you.

Mar 01,2024I’d highly recommend Premiersnag to complete a full inspection on your new home. Tom carried out our inspection and provided us with a very detailed report to pass onto our builders. Tom was very professional and gave us peace of mind that our home has been built to a very good standard. Very professional, very friendly and very knowledgable. Thank you!

He’s provided me a really comprehensive, no stress, well informed and tailored report and overall experience that was well worth the affordable prices. I had some questions about some of the things on my report after receiving it, and contacted Tom for a better understanding. He was more than happy to talk me through my questions and offered expert advice to take forward. 10/10 from me.

Feb 22,2024The company Premier Snag attended an appoint at our new build house in Houlton Rugby Warwickshire on February the 21st 2024, We had been recommended them by a neighbour and they did not disappoint us at all from ringing them to book an appointment to the completion of our snagging appointment really was a first class service, We would like to say a special thank you to the engineer Tom who attended for the snagging job, Tom was a credit to Premier Snag he arrived when he said he would, he was very polite, very informative and very tidy, he spent a good few hours going through the house and exterior in fine detail, He seemed very Knowledgeable and answered any questions we asked him, We were really impressed by his services and the report he wrote up that we received the next day, all round thanks to Premier Snag and Tom, there price was very reasonable, and we would recommend them to anyone, thanks once again Tom. My husband and I are extremely happy we chose Premier snag. The gentleman Brian who came all the way from Derby, showed his dedication and commitment to his profession, hence we extend our special thanks to him. Very polite team, Mark was also very helpful and he maintained absolutely fantastic communication with us. We also got our report the same day. We could not ask for more. Feb 15,2024Tom F was my snag inspector on my new build. He was super friendly and explained the process to me fully as well as offering my some really good advice. The snag report came through on the SAME DAY and was super in depth. Would definitely recommend premier snags. It was super easy to book, their availability was perfect too, I was able to get an appointment with 48 hours notice.

Feb 11,2024I do not regret using Premier Snag. A very professional company with great work ethics. It was a swift and smooth process from the moment I booked to the actual inspection day. It was obvious that the snagger - Thomas knew his onions, and did an excellent job. He accomodated all my questions during and after the inspection, and was very courteous. His report was well detailed. In a nutshell, I felt I was in safe hands, and my interest as a buyer of the property was protected. Thanks for an amazing experience, Premier Snag, especially Thomas.

James the Surveyor arrived on time and explained the processes which he would be completing during the Inspection. He was very polite and respectful of our new home. After completing his report and leaving our home. We had the Report within 2 hours by email. Well done Premier Snag.
