Jun 05,2024I would highly recommend the services of Brian at Premier Snag. He has been an absolute gem to deal with. I have had both the PCI & Snagging Survey done, and the identification and reporting of the snags have been precise. It is super important to get it done for a new build as home builders are notorious to leave out the smaller parts, and want to push you towards completion. Both the PCI & Snagging Survey services keeps house builders in check. The report provided critical quality assurance to ensure all areas are looked into. Thank you Brian once again.

Jun 05,2024Great service, efficient, knew the regs and could explain issues to the non technical. Very clear report for me to review with the builder. Initially vary wary about spending extra money on assumption it was new build and assumed everything would be to standard, but very glad i did.

May 22,2024Needed advice so I contacted Premier Snag. The gentleman gave me advice without using sales tactics. It was wonderful to have first class service without being a customer so after a couple of weeks I went back, and booked my snagging with Premier Snag ! Brian attended who was punctual, profession and polite ! Went the extra mile, and we couldn’t ask for much more ! I would 💯 recommend Premier Snag and especially Brian. Ps, the development manager saw Brian’s name on the report, and only had wonderful words to say. “He doesn’t miss a thing” !

I was working when he came to my house to do inspection, when he finish he did call and told many things which is explain very clear and patiently, honestly he look after many details even it's just a minor issue. Then next day we got the report ! So amazing! As a foreigner we luckily had James, he did brilliant!!

May 11,2024Tom from Premiersnag recently vsiited our property and we couldn't speak highly enough of the service. Tom was actually early but let me know he could start whenever we were ready. He immediately put us at ease, explaining a bit about his experience and how snag inspections tend to work. We are first time buyers on a new build and his experience gave us a lot more confidence about our property and the service he was providing. He even spoke with the site manager and got a few extra details on the build. He did an extremely thorough job and was here for around 6 hours. We go the report the same day which we were incredibly impressed with and it was extremely detailed with over 300 points; ranging from minor issues to some more pertinent elements. Overall the sevice from Tom and Premiersnag was exceptional and would definitely use them again

Matthew was extremely professional, so thorough and knowledgeable. He found 235 snags which the majority we would have not picked up. He also managed to email our report the following morning as he had promised. Highly recommend this Company.

He managed to deliver a report the same day with almost 300 snags detected. He also advised me on how to approach the conversation with my builder to ensure they cooperate (which to their credit, they are doing so).

She answered all my questions as she surveyed for defects room-by-room. Overall the service is good value for money, including the use of thermal imaging to check the radiators.
