Aug 10,2024Easy to book online with lots of options on dates/times. Brian was in contact before the appointment to confirm the details. He provided a comprehensive report of all the checks he undertook and the snags identified. He has also been in touch since to see how things are going. We look forward to him visiting again for the follow up report. Very pleased with the service so far, made it all very easy and we wouldn’t have identified so many issues independently. Report presented in a way that made it easy for our builders to work through.

Aug 09,2024We recently bought our first house and wanted a full check to make sure everything is buikt to standards. Brian was very knowledgeable and kind as he was explaining the issues as he went through the inspection. He also had a drone to check the roof from different angles! The report was produced very quickly with pictures and description of each issue. Highly recommend and a must do step for every new home owner. Thank you Brian.

Aug 01,2024Honestly, the whole property purchase process (dealing with agents, solicitors and lenders) is a massive pain in the rear but my experience with premier snag is such a breeze. The website is very informative and appointment booking was smooth. The surveyor came on time and was professional; the detailed report arrived in less than 24 hours. All done in one week with minimal effort and peace of mind. Definitely the way to go for a new build!

Aug 01,2024As new property owners buying our first house, we didn’t quite know what to expect by getting somebody in for the post completion snagging report, however Tom put us right at ease and was friendly and engaging from the off which really reassured us. He gave a clear explanation of what his report will contain and how he walks through the house, which was informative for us as this was all new. Jul 22,2024I recently had the pleasure of using Premier Snag Services for my newly built home in July, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience, thanks to Tom. His professionalism and thoroughness were evident in every aspect of his work. He was punctual, warm and Tom took the time to explain what he was doing, why it was necessary, and the potential implications of not addressing certain issues. His detailed report was both comprehensive and easy to understand, highlighting numerous snags I would have otherwise missed. Tom's exceptional service erased any doubts I initially had about Premier Snag. His dedication and expertise provided me with the best possible experience. However, my experience with Premier Snag's customer service was quite different. Before booking, I made several attempts to enquire about their services but was unable to reach anyone. Eventually, I decided to book without any prior consultation, only to be informed later that my original booking date needed to be changed. Although this was resolved and we stuck to the initial date, the initial lack of communication was disappointing. Despite the subpar customer service, Tom's outstanding performance made up for the earlier frustrations. I would wholeheartedly recommend Premier Snag for their snagging services, though there is certainly room for improvement in their customer service before and after the inspection process.

Buying a new home can be daunting but it was so nice to have Harry explain a number of things and produce the report within 24 hours. The customer service team were also very efficient at responding to my query after I received my report. A+ would highly recommend.

He was really thorough and professional whilst also being friendly so the appointment didn't feel awkward. I received the report promptly, I was lucky that there was only minor cosmetic issues but things I wouldn't have noticed otherwise so I am very happy that we had someone check.

Aqib was extremely polite and professional. The entire property was thoroughly inspected and I received a fantastic detailed report within 24 hours. Thank you so much Aqib. Jul 09,2024Brian arrived before time and already started outdoor inspection which was good for me. He is very professional and came to do the inspection on his day off which I appreciate it. He took about 3 hrs to do the full inspection. Went into all the details inside out. Very pleased with his work and the report was as promised with me within 24/hrs. Spell my name wrong even after correcting them but hey it's a difficult one so its all good. I believe in continuous improvement and I would suggest the company to do some color coding on tthe report with respect to the work needs to be done by who. For example electrician work could be labeled as red where as the plumbing labeled as blue etc. Also some of the points in the reports don't need an action and this could be highlighted in different color or thrown back at the end of the report maybe. Again these are just some suggestions and it will help the reading to easily go through the report.

He was so thorough and explained everything in great detail. We received the report back less than 24 hours after our appointment, and our contractors are already being proactive with the snags I recommend to anyone looking for a snagging company. They were also around £100 cheaper than other companies I'd looked at
