Mar 29,2024We recently bought a New Build property in Stratford upon Avon and wanted it snagged before we moved in the furniture. Premier Snag really helped us with the snagging process. Booking on the website was really easy. We got a confirmation email as well as a call 24hrs before the booking. Special mention to the inspector James Griffiths who did a very thorough inspection of the whole property. He took a drone footage, did thermal imaging of every room and did a very thorough check of every fixture and fittings inside and ouside the property including garden and garage. We got a very detailed report within 24hrs with arpund 200 issues with pictures. The report helped a lot and we have sent to to the builders who are fixing some of it as I write this review. Overall a very good experience with James and Premier Snag.

Mar 29,2024Brian arrived on our property on time. He was thorough and detailed. He respected the property and made sure to place any stairs/equipments as gently as possible. He was very professional and explained what he was finding and answered our queries very patiently and thoroughly. I received the report within hours of him doing the survey. I am very pleased with the experience and am glad I chose Premiersnag for my snagging survey. The work was well worth the money spent. Would highly recommend.

He then showed up on time on the day of the appointment and did a thorough survey, pointing out things we couldn't have possibly found out ourselves. Report is clear, detailed with pictures.

However, I am here as I recognise a huge investment requires an even greater commitment, in making sure that I am getting the best possible outcome from my purchase. I must say I was very well taken cared off by Thomas, he was punctual, very friendly and had loads of wisedom to share for first time buyers. I'd like to take this opportunity to praise Thomas, as he has made my experience as stress free and enjoyable as possible. I would say the highlight for me has been his efforts in reassuring me about my purchase, based on his attention to detail and explanations in the report that I recieved within 24 hours!! and would absolutely recommend him to others in a heartbeat!

Mar 21,2024We're visited by Aquib. He was punctual (as much as you can be in the morning traffic). Inspected property very carefully and found a lot (150+) issues. Most of them minor but few major ones that developer has to fix and we have missed them ourselves. On top of that he knows building regulations and could point the things that looked OK but were out of range. The report was delivered on the evening same day and everything was very well presented, clear description and photos.

He is also a very friendly person and you can gain from his professional and experience. Most importantly, he arrive the site on time, gave his promise and provided the report on time, in which giving promise and be punctual is treasurable asset in this commercial world.

Mar 14,2024Premier Snag Surveyor Tom from the East Midlands division attended my 8am post-completion inspection in Wellingborough. Right from the friendly initial contact up to and including the day of survey, there was a clear demonstration of professionalism. Tom is vastly experienced in the trade and very passionate about build excellence. Tom approached the detailed inspections as though it were his own house, leaving no stone unturned with front, back and side elevations evidence-based checks, including roof, loft and external drainages. Tom was a great ambassador for Premier Snags and I am happy with the superb quality of work. The final report was produced and sent notably within 24hrs.

Mar 11,2024We have just moved into a newly built house and needed to arrange a snagging survey in a short amount of time. We found several snagging companies had very limited availability but Premiersnag was able to conduct a survey at just 2 days notice, and on a Saturday! Our snagger, Brian arrived early and got to work straight away, he was incredibly thorough in studying our house inside and out, using a drone, thermal imaging and his considerable experience (40 years in the trade) to produce a comprehensive report on over 140 issues. This has given us the platform to take our house builder to task. I'd highly recommend Premier Snag, and in particular Brian, our survey cost just £400 and that's priceless for our peace of mind.
