Jan 29,2024James was very professional and thorough, he was able to answer any questions I had and was always polite. I have a very good eye for detail and there were many things that I didn’t even think to look at so I really feel that we got great value for money. The report was emailed over within 24 hours and was nice and clear. I feel that having a professional report gives you a better chance of having the snags corrected, if I had produced something myself the developer might have been less likely to correct certain things. I would highly recommend Premier Snag

Tom explained clearly the defects and how the developer would fix the problems, which meant a lot to a new buyer. He was so helpful in answering our questions. I would highly recommend Premier Snag for sure!

More importantly Paul was happy to answer all my questions, discuss issues thoroughly in layman’s terms and advise on how to approach the builders. Paul was happy for me to reach out with any follow up issues or queries and if necessary provide the relevant standards and regulations. Overall Premier Snag and Paul would have my strong recommendation.

Jan 08,2024We had the pleasure of having Paul Kirk from Premier Snag come to do our snagging for us on our new build home. This is my first time using Premier Snag for my new build purchase. Paul was absolutely excellent, professional, friendly and explained everything clearly of what to expect and what the findings mean. He arrived on time and took his time making sure no stone was left unturned. He checked the property throughout and found so many snags that we would never have even thought about looking for.
