Jan 31,2021Jonathan and Simon have recently undertaken an inspection of our new build property. Their knowledge and professionalism was apparent from the onset during our person to person meeting. So much so that I was 100% confident that I had chosen well. Having had no experience of professional snagging services, selecting the right company wasn’t an easy task. I made phone calls, left voice message, sent emails to others; some didn’t even respond! Mark of Premier of course did and explained exactly what the service entailed. Due to the awkwardness of our builder, we had to rearrange our pre-booked appointment. Mark fully understood the situation and accommodated us for another date and time. With Premier Snag, you will get the quality of service, experience, professionalism and a total appreciation of the investment that you have made in your property purchase. Again, I refer to the service of Jonathan and Simon. Upon our request the comprehensive report was produced within 24hrs for our review. Prior to this a summary email was provided highlighting immediate concerns which has been presented to the builder. Unfortunately we are dealing with a builder who is now showing his true colours and without the support of Premier Snag, the battle that’s unfortunately ahead of us would be far more difficult. If you are as undecided as I was in selecting a professional snagging service then there’s no need. You have already made the right choice.

Jan 21,2021Excellent company booked on Monday, snag done on Wednesday morning, report received Wednesday afternoon. The report is very easy to understand with pictures and boxes for the developer to tick when the jobs are done. It only found minor flaws but it has given us complete peace of mind about the property we are purchasing. Would recommend anyone purchasing a new build to have a survey done by Premier Snag. Well worth the money spent

Dec 28,2020Using Premier Snag I thought i would be getting a premium service but they forgot who I was, tried overcharging, didn't cover all the areas they said they would and then stopped corresponding when they got my name and site details wrong. That being said they were able to fit me in on short notice and turned the report around quickly (all be it with wrong name and other details)

Dec 03,2020I can’t recommend this company enough !! Through professionals and so much details at minor things . Prompt response to query and arranged a survey on very short notice . Whole process right from inquiring to getting the report done was smooth and professional . Plus they offer support afterwards that’s much needed for people that are not much into building and construction . Highly recommended . So worth the money I spent in comparison to what I might have ended up paying in long run if things were not identified now . Thanks Guys -both Mark and Jonathan -You both are Stars .

We got in touch with premier snag due to the amazing reviews and we were not disappointed. The process was seem less from booking our appointment to getting the report carried out on our 5 bed home. Amazing value for money as the report contained so much information for the builder to rectify all the issues highlighted within the comprehensive report. Oct 26,2020I chose Premier Snag based on the other reviews and had a similar experience. I was able to schedule the survey before completion on my new property, from the report I can see they arrived on time as all pictures are time stamped. After being told the survey was urgent by our developer, the report was sent to us extremely quickly! Each snag had a detailed description with an image. They found an urgent issue which we wouldn’t have picked up until the damage was already done. For me, the cost was worth the peace of mind. Would recommend Premier Snag!

Jo was great and produced my report within 48 hours. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Feb 12,2020Absolutely amazing. I've had several new builds now and they've all had major problems that have been so hard to sort out and all hidden problems that only come out when things go wrong.. This time I've used Premier snag and Jon has been incredible, so professional and thorough throughout my property without him looking, again would of had long term problems. Totally recommend the service and will recommend to anyone.

Feb 15,2021Can't recommend my experience highly enough from Premier Snag, I spoke to them over the phone first and got an understanding of the service they're offering, I then booked online quickly and easily. No issues. On the day of the booking, I received a text to say all was well and they'd be at the property and the time. The snagging report was received on the evening of the inspection, detailing the issues that needed looking at and photos to back their points up. This was then passed to the developer. The developer has since got in touch and commented at how thorough the report was and how impressed they were with the detail. Highly recommended.
