Jan 05,2024Aqib was professional and he came on time and did a great job finding the snags as well as advised how to be fixed. Unfortunately wasn't able to use the drone outside because it was very windy but he did a great job. The booking through the website was very easy and they were fine to reschedule the booking.

He provided clear explanation on the defects found and gave valuable advices on how we should follow up with the developer, thinking from the customer’s point of view. Dec 07,2023Very professional service from start to end. I booked Premier Snag for a post completion snag and used the website to book, which is very easy to use. I had a few queries and called them up first and the person who answered was very helpful and explained the process. I then followed up with a booking online, as we had not completed at this point the actual date changed 3 times, on all occasions Premier Snag was very accommodating to reschedule the inspection dates. The day before the inspection the inspector Tom, called up and introduced him self and confirmed times he will be at the property, he also followed this up with a text message. On the day of the inspection, Tom arrived on site early and even had a wonder around the development to check out the build quality. Tom was very thorough with his inspection he took his time and answered a lot of my questions that I had, his advice and experience in this field was very valuable. In terms of the inspection it self, Tom left no mess and no marks he had everything open to check and when he left I could not even tell he had been here. We had a rainy day, however Tom held out un till the weather cleared up to get his drone up to inspect the roof. I received the report a day or so later and it was very thorough with images and highlighted annotations showing each issue. Tom picked up snags that we would never have seen with our own eyes. Overall I would recommend Premier Snag for inspections and i would use them again if required in the future. Tom has a vast of knowledge from his previous roles and knows exactly what needs to be checked. Thank you!

Arrived early, was very friendly and explained what he would be doing in detail. Answered all my questions and queries with ease. Brian picked up on two items which the developer needed to address urgently - I’m so grateful. Brian was so thorough and his attention to detail faultless. I researched quite a few companies before choosing premier snag and I’m so glad I did. Service from start to finish was fantastic and a very detailed report with photographs came through within 12 hours. Thank you.
