Dec 05,2023Fantastic professional service, arrived slightly earlier than the scheduled time (which for me is a fab point) and cracked on. Brian was polite, and not at all invasive whilst still being very thorough. Left no mess, no marks, couldn’t even tell he’d been! The report came through the same day which is great, really detailed and clear, he took photos to make it easier for myself and the builders. It took Brian roughly 3hours to go round our home (large 4-bed detached) including garden and garage/driveways.

Dec 04,2023Premier Snag did a survey on a new build apartment for me. Brian was professional and efficient. He got in touch a few days before the appointment and stayed in contact until the work was done. I got the results 3 days after the survey. The report was well structured and all snags were evidenced with photos.

Dec 01,2023Very professional and impressive, Brain is friendly and answers all questions. Even in cold temperatures, he can diligently inspect all the parts of the new house that should be inspected, including the roof and exterior walls. He can also detect hidden defects inside the house. I feel very confident with him. , the Snagging survey report was received within a few hours, I highly recommend him

Brian explained in detail what he was going to check and completed this in a polite and professional manner. Later that very day a detailed report was emailed listing all that Brian had found along with photographs to support each snag. I would highly recommended Premier Snag

He identified 4-5 more serious problesm which I had no idea about (even though I had lived in the house for a week). Really appreciate the rigour and detail that he went through and found issues that I would have never noticed! Thank you!

Nov 08,2023James was great. He was a warm and courteous man who took time and care looking around the house. Would recommend having a 18-month check as the report can be passed straight to the developer before the 2-year warranty period is us.

Only took a couple of hours to complete and had the report back by evening of the visit so I was able to send off to my house builder straight away.

Nov 05,2023I think it is quite important to have a snagging service when you are paying more on buying a house. The price of snagging here is average, but I am able to book a slot as soon as I want which is a good thing, in order to support my snag report to my developer within 10 days. Though it is a bit tricky that I thought there will be an auto payment from my card, turns out you need to manually transfer the payment before 24 hours of snagging. Aqib came to my 3-Bedroom house, and spent around 2 hours for the snagging. He is professional, and roughly explain any major fault to me at the end. I got the report after around 24-48 hours, and I like the layout of the report, which is really clear and easy to understand and follow up. Overall, I recommend using Premier Snag and Aqib for the snagging service

Oct 26,2023It was a pre-completion snagging. Booked a snagging in 2,3 days advance and received the report on the same day evening. Response is fast. The report is very detail with 90 defects found and easy to follow. However, my microwave menu has been burnt during the snagging and I was only informed by my builder on the day I picked my new home key....... I think the snagger should honestly told me in advance. There is another defect not found regarding the water flow is not direct to the drain, as the tilt direction is incorrect.
