Oct 14,2023Absolutely fantastic service from James who was here for over 5 hours on our 4 bed property. He was extremely thorough and picked up on a few things we would not have even noticed including vents not connected in the loft, safety cap missing on the dishwasher and a leak on the en suite. Sent the report over to the developers who have agreed to fix every one! I would never go without one now, it's the best money I have ever spent!

Spoke to Mark first over the phone about my new build I was buying firstly, he we was not pushy and just explained the whole process. Brian was my Snagger that came round he was brilliant throughout the time he was here never rushed at any stage explained situations and even got his drone out ! Report was processed in 2 days detailing all the 96 snags found. Very professional company and at a very competitive prices compared to others.

Oct 13,2023I am so glad I booked my Home Snagging Survey with Premier Snag. Mark was able to get the full report over to me the same day the survey was carried out. The report was incredibly detailed and made me realise I would have had no chance in spotting things myself to raise with the developer. Excellent communication throughout, even when I had to change my survey date at a late stage. Do yourself a favour and get a premier snagging survey booked - it'll save you so much time and money in the future!

Oct 08,2023Brian was amazing and professional. He came as requested. Started with the outside of the property and made way inside working from top to bottom. We were curious if Brian would have noticed at least the snags we identified. He managed to find everything we found plus issues we wouldn’t have noticed or even thought were a problem. The report he provided is an easy to read checklist. He makes sure all appliances work and tests all water related apparatuses like sink and baths. Report comes in PDF and can be emailed to your builders for them to resolve issues. I can’t recommend his service enough. I suggest everyone to get your property snagged by premier snag. They are efficient, affordable and offer peace of mind knowing your property is up to standard.

Communicated his time of arrival in advance and when he arrived he went straight to work and friendly at the same time. Very detailed work. Would definitely recommend this service to all my friends and family.

Oct 07,2023Brian arrived early even after getting lost. He was very professional and knowlegable and spent more than 3 hours inspecting all aspects indoors and out using drone to check the roof. He found several issues that required attention with a few that needed to be rectified immediately. The report was produced quickly and was thorough and simple to follow which made it easier to discuss with the builders.

Oct 07,2023Made a damage in living room with hole. They dont find any major issues. All are very minor issues with which you can easily live with. When i spoke to the customer care the response was "I trust our lads and our lads dont do such things". I noticed there was hole in living room immediately when the guy left. They have not even mentioned this in their report which suggests it was not there before they came for inspection. Completely unprofessional response from customer care.

Sep 06,2023Thank you very much Brian from Premier Snag, who has done our new build snagging survey. I have just received a very detailed report and even though there were no major issues noted, I have not noticed a SINGLE item from the report myself when was doing a tour of the completed property (Because of the level of excitement I was experiencing). The whole process of arranging the survey was a breeze. I found their site and there was a very handy chat option via whatsapp, where I have had all my questions and concerns dealt with easily. I then used their website to book the appointment what has a very easy and convenient form, where you can choose date and time and pay the deposit or full amount. I have then received confirmation phone call from Brian who double checked all the details and confirmed the appointment. Exactly 2 days later I have received a very comprehensive report with images, thermal scans and drone footage. The report was easy to read and contained not just the issues but also the required solutions to fix them. Thank you very much Premier Snag, Brian and Mark who I was in touch with. I will consider the followup review with them after developer will fix the issues.
