Matthew had wealth of experience and was brilliant start to finish. He was very happy to answer all questions i had and has given me great tips. The tools and equipment used including drone was top notch. I have been given a detailed report that i would have never spotted on our new build in less than 24hr. I highly recommend Premier Snag and found it great value for money. thanks Matt

I cannot recommend Premier Snag enough! Ours is a 3 bedrooms house and we booked snagging inspection on Saturday while we received a thorough report the next day, which is Sunday. I never thought of receiving the report in next day weekend. Brian was fantastic, very professional and experienced. He was so patient, no hurry and detailed in explaining whatever we asked. We are really impressed with the service provided. This was great value for money and we have recommended to our friend in which he has already place a booking with Premier Snag!

Really great service, very personable and knowledgeable surveyors who gave timely and extremely detailed reports. Tiago was efficient and got us our report within the same day. Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially within the Greater London area.

Brian provided an excellent service! I could not recommend his service highly enough. His inspection was very thorough and he produced a comprehensive report on our new home. In addition to quality checks, he identifed fine important details that we would have missed. We are very glad we went ahead with Premier Snag.

Excellent quality of work! An extreme circumstance lead to the cancellation of our appointment due to an employees lost loved one. Whilst we were very understanding ‘premier snag’ ensured that this did not affect our service. The director Paul Thompson travelled 4 hours to complete the survey ensuring that our service was not disrupted. Great guy and excellent quality of work! Overall, I’d say the company has great professionalism, customer service and quality of work. With this being said I’d highly recommend to anyone contemplating choosing premier snags to complete a survey in the future. Callum

I cannot recommend Premier Snag enough! We used them for our new 4 bed house, the day after we moved in. Brian was fantastic. He had a wealth of experience and arrived with all the tools he needed (including slippers so that he didn't spoil our new carpets!) He worked alongside other tradespeople that we had in the house, and most of the time we didn't notice him as completed his assessments, allowing us to get on with unpacking. The report we received was very thorough and we have forwarded this onto the housing company to have these issues resolved. This was great value for money and we will be recommending them to all of our neighbours!

From the booking process to getting the snagging report, it was a straightforward and hassle-free experience. Our snagger, Brian, turned up on time and took his own time to carry out the inspection. He was meticulous in his work, careful with his handling and entertained my son for good measure. We are really impressed with the service provided, as much as my son wants to be a snagger when he grows up!

I got excellent service from Premiersnag and Brian who was the Inspector did detailed inspection and was not at all in hurry and did through inspection and highlighted each minute detail. I am pleased with how they deal with customers as well, Mark was very helpful in dealing with us. Would definitely recommend them if you want genuine excellent service.

I decided to invest in a professional snagging survey for my recently purchased new-build house in Bellway's Weaver Green development in Macclesfield - having had previous knock-on issues 10 years ago after moving into a new-built flat in London where I did not use the services of a snagging company. Matthew from Premier Snagging visited my property on 5th August 2023, and aside from surpassing all of my expectations - he was one of the most thorough and diligent individuals that I have ever received a professional service from. He spent far longer inspecting the property that I was expecting - and has provided a report of more than 300 items (to put it into perspective, I had come up with a list of about 30 myself beforehand) - some of which are significant issues which went unnoticed in my own inspection. Moreover the 60+ page report was delivered to me less than 24 hours after the onsite visit, allowing me to quickly get it back to Bellway to start addressing the issues before I start bringing my own contractors in to lay flooring (at which point Bellway would no doubt have tried to blame some of the issues on them). To put things into even more perspective, I am a tight-fisted Scotsman that never likes to part with money, but I had already decided to give Matthew 20 pounds to buy some beers in gratitude for the diligent work he was doing. And by the end of his visit that had gone up to 50 pounds due to being so impressed with his thoroughness and work ethic. As it transpired - I got to keep the money, as Matthew was an utter professional and refused it, saying he was just doing his job. Using the services of Premier Snagging has turned out to be one of my best investments in a long time - and I would strongly urge anybody purchasing a new build property to use a professional snagger - and certainly Premier Snagging if they operate in your area. I would virtually guarantee it will save you money in the long-run, and also leave you with a higher-quality finished home than if you do the snagging yourself. Thank you Matthew and Premier Snag!

Did a detailed inspection and a comprehensive report was given promptly. Reasonable charges as compared to others, keeping in mind the services provided. Missed only a few things that I picked up later.

They found more then I expected! Brian was great, very professional, even when he arrived and was surrounded by site builders. Reports was detailed Brian took around 3 hours for a 3 bed detached. He spotted more things then any normal person would. Anyone buying a new home, make sure you get Premier Snag on the case!
