Jul 15,2023Aqib was really thorough, roughly a 2 hour appointment, well worth the money. Highly recommend, encourages developers to get every little detail to a high standard. We wouldn’t have noticed anywhere near as many snags as there actually was. If you’re a first time buyer, like we were, it helps to have someone who knows what their looking at do the list for you

Jul 06,2023I recently worked with Premier Snag for a snagging survey on a new build. I was really impressed with how easy it was to even set up the appointment, they were available over Whatsapp for immediate questions since I was new to the process, they clarified a few things around timing, etc. which made the entire process seamless. On the day, I worked with Brian who was very professional and did a great job walking me through the process, expectations and did a much more thorough review than I thought we would receive. It was overall a superb experience, on time and really professional and I'd be happy to recommend Brian/Premier to anyone looking for snagging survey.

He used various tools around the house including a thermal imaging camera and drone. I received a comprehensive report the following day. I would certainly recommend Premier Snag.

Jun 30,2023It was very easy making an appointment with Premier Snag, despite the short notice. Brian arrived early on the day and started his inspection immediately. He did a very thorough job and picked up on even the tiniest of items, which is very much appreciated and helpful! He took the time to explain the process and recorded all items with images included in the report. The report was sent to us within a very short space of time, which is fantastic. I would 110% recommend him to anyone in need of a snag survey! Despite there not being any major snags (thankfully!) - it was definitely worth every penny to have it done.
