Jun 25,2023Very easy online process to schedule a snagging inspection- good availability! Brian came early and spent a good 3 hours or so thoroughly checking the house. He is punctual, professional, friendly and really good at what he does. I would highly recommend him! The report was sent by the next day and was detailed with images including aerial views of the roof and thermal imaging. There was for sure many snags we would not have noticed ourselves! Even though we thankfully didn’t have any real ‘major’ snags - I feel it is totally worth having an inspection for peace of mind and the detailed report with images will make it easier to get the snags corrected by the site manager. Thank you so much Brian! We appreciate your work.

Jun 23,2023Brian came early and carried out a very comprehensive inspection on my new build house which lasted for several hours. His detailed work surprised me and as a result he provided me with a very detailed report with pictures and precise descriptions. Next morning, I presented this report to the developer's site manager and he went through it item by item easily pinpointing the snags and agreed to rectify the defects. I am delighted to have Brian conduct the inspection and the peace of mind will last for many years. Brian is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Brian and Premier Snag to anyone in need of professional snagging service.

He was very professional and when I passed on the report to the builders, even the site manager said that report was very good and clear that they would rectify the issues. Jun 20,2023I had Paul Thompson come out to do an inspection prior to my completion date and indeed I can say he was as thorough as you can get. Looking through the recommendations and photos they were things I would have probably missed. Over 100 faults for a home that looked so ultra finished. I am now taking the list to my builders very happy I invested in this. I would recommend any day to family and friends.

Jun 19,2023I had my new home inspected today and I am very satisfied with the service I received. The gentleman that arrived was very professional and explained the process to me very clearly. The inspection lasted 5 hours and he was able to provide me with a detailed list of actions which I could then provide to the builders. This was my first house and the inspector treated me with great respect and explained things in terms someone new to this area would understand.

Jun 02,2023Great experience with Tiago (the surveyor) who snagged my new build flat by Network Homes (Bugler was the builder). It was my first property purchase and had a lot of issues with the flat. It was definitely worth booking with Premiersnag. Tiago is very detailed orientated and professional and was able to find about 80 issues with the flat, some which were major faults. He seems to have a better understanding of building quality control than anyone else I have dealt with,(even better than the people who built it). He is highly experienced and you will be lucky to have him as your surveyor. He was punctual and polite, and more than happy to answer questions I had. Don't hesitate to book (and ask for Tiago). I will be recommending to other leaseholders in my block.

The report demonstrated his keen eye for finer details that would have been easily missed by ourselves. The care and time took to compile the report showcased this in the output. May 20,2023Brian did the snagging for my new house with exceptional professionalism. As soon as he got to work, it was easy to see Brian knows his thing. Within minutes of starting the survey he uncovered some blockages in my drains which he swiftly communicated to the site managers, and asked they fix it immediately, which they responded to immediately and got the drains cleaned up. There’s no way I would have found that out without Brian’s help. Overall, Brian is very detailed and meticulous with his work. It also helps that he’s generally nice and friendly. I highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to carry out a snagging survey.

Jun 26,2023Brian came to carry out an inspection of my recent new build home purchase and was a star. His inspection was thorough, and lasted around four hours. His detailed report came filled with advice and with pictures of specific elements. I’ve since presented to the site team and had a comprehensive review through, the majority of which have been agreed to be resolved.
