May 07,2023I booked the survey before the completion date with Premier Snag. James came to my place on time in the afternoon. He was so thorough checking all the places in the house, and share his experience to me on how to spot any issue. It took him more than 4 hours and I am delighted that he spotted all the defects, then sent me the report next morning, even overall the house is up to standard from my point of view. With the report, I present the snags to the customer service team with justifications. I have no doubt recommending Premier Snag for surveying with their professionalism

May 02,2023Very quick replies and assistance on the phone and via email and text. Brian was very pleasant and helpful and took the time to ensure all parts of the house were properly checked. The report was also received soon after inspection. Would recommend going forwards.

May 02,2023We recently bought a new build flat in a development in London under a premier warranty. We wanted to have a professional come by to see if there was anything that the developer needed to rectify and what a professional Chris was - thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, polite and efficient! I wasn't sure what to expect, but getting a snagging survey with Chris and Premier Snag was such a worthwhile investment. It saves us the time of trying to work things out ourselves, the money of fixing issues we've missed down the line and ultimately gives us peace of mind about our new home.

The inspection lasted for several hours, during which the inspector meticulously checked every aspect of the house, leaving no stone unturned. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently they compiled the snagging report, which was incredibly detailed and comprehensive. In particular, I found the inspector, Brian, to be very professional and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this snagging company to anyone in need of a thorough and reliable inspection service.

Apr 21,2023Booked these guys after finding a few things myself on a new build property I bought and I wanted peace of mind for approaching the builders. Paul Thompson attended my property and spent over half a day doing a thorough and detailed inspection. Advice was given on everything he found and although most issues were minor and decorative the peace of mind you get from the survey is second to none. Paul was very approachable, super friendly and informative. Report came back to me the very same day. Detailed with every item photographed, thermal imagery and drone photos. Very very impressed and wouldn't hesitate recommending Premier Snag to anyone buying new.

The whole process was extremely easy and Paul kept me updated throughout the report drafting process. I was able to receieve my report on the same day despite it being a Saturday. Using different tools like thermal imaging and drone, he checked every place of the house, inside and outside, very thoroughly. At the end, he highlighted to us the major issues found and answered our queries patiently. The report was sent to us couple of hours after he completed the job, which was quick. We highly recommend Premier Snag.

From thermal imaging to drone shots, every inch of the house was covered and then a report was produced and sent across to myself the same day

Apr 13,2023Chris and the rest of the team were super flexible and accommodating with last minute changes on my side in regards to timings that the snagging could take place. The report was completed super fast and I had it within a couple of hours of the snagging completion. Although my property develop said that snagging had already taken place on their end before handing over the property Premier snag were still able to find some snags. This gave me great peace of mind and comfort. Couldn't recommend enough!

Apr 12,2023Moved into a new build four days ago… Paul Thompson came to visit us earlier today and spent HOURS creating a super detailed snag report for us. He used thermal imaging cameras, drone pictures, the lot. We’re really happy with the outcome - well worth the money, even just for peace of mind! Definitely recommend Paul and the guys from Premier Snag, top job!

Apr 11,2023Had fixed an appointment with Mr. Brian, he has gone through every nook and corner of the house. He is so professional and scanned the house completely including the roof, drain etc. and noticed snags which no one would have seen. He is quick enough to send the report on the same day of inspection which I would really appreciate him.
