Apr 05,2023I was advised by a good friend to get Premier Snag to inspect my property. Brian Drury was the best inspector you could possibly have. I received a full report within 6 hours of his visit. I cannot recommend this person, company and service highly enough. Excellent company and very trustworthy, including the reservations team.

Chris was polite, friendly and engaging. His report was provided in 24H. Money well spent and would have no hesitation in recommending Premier Snag to anyone purchasing a new build property. Great company, easy to deal with and very professional.

Mar 15,2023Premier Snag is well worth the money! Our inspector was Chris Watmore, and we were very impressed by the number of items he caught in our flat. Many things were cosmetic, but there were more serious snags such as a leak, poorly fitted appliance, floor issues, etc. that we probably wouldn't have noticed until months after moving in. On top of having great attention to detail, he was very welcoming and willing to answer any questions we had. We also got our report in less than 24 hours! Overall, we're thrilled with the service and would recommend this company.

He was very clean, tidy and thorough and spotted things we hadn’t (as we hoped) We got the report that night and already have some of the snags found booked in to be rectified. Am sure we’ll have Premier Snag back just before we hit the 2 years Thank you

It was a great decision, a member of their team (Matt) was so professional, engaging and answered all queries i had on the day with great detailed. The report was sent out in 48 hours and showed a great attention to detail done by an individual and company with vast experience in their industry. I highly recommend!

Mar 09,2023I purchased a new home from a large UK builder and used premiere snag - I was expecting a few items to be found since it was a new build home and was actually advised by others that it wasn't worth getting .... It was very surprised by how many issues they found and it was well worth the investment. Most issues were finish work on paint , mastic and shoddy workmanship - I wouldn't have noticed half of them myself so it was great to have a detailed PDF report with pictures of each snag, descriptions and recommended fixes. Great company, easy to deal with and very professional.

Mar 08,2023Aqib, the snagging surveyor came to survey our new build house and was very thorough! From the minute he arrived, he ensured he was on time (if not, early), came in, took his shoes off and respected our home like his own. We had the opportunity to let him know of our own finds and he made note of them all. He found little bits and bobs which we never would have found by ourselves! I would highly recommend using Premier Snag - very professional, easygoing, reasonable price and most of all, it eases your mind as buying a new build home is a very stressful experience itself!

Mar 07,2023We had PremierSnag booked for the day after completion, due to issues out of our control completion didn’t happen till the following day. Had a quick phone call with Paul Thompson at 8pm @ PremierSnag and he quickly dealt with my issue and rearranged it for a few days later. Paul came to visit our new home quickly and spent many hours reviewing the house and the work done. Paul was informative and very knowledgeable around issues and it was good to ask him questions around if it’s a snag or issue etc, knowing he’ll give me the truth. Paul found issues with our brick work and plastering, but reassured us these were just decoration and easily fixable. Paul made us feel really comfortable in the standard of our new build and know there wasn’t any safety concerns or major issues. Paul and the Premier Snag team worked quick to send out the detailed report for the issues. I have since passed this to the builder who has agreed he issues raised are valid and they are working to rectify them as quick as they can. My only advice would be trying to find some snags after, maybe use a compass or indicate which wall they’re on? It’s hard to criticise as everyone was exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

Apr 05,2023I picked Premier Snag mainly due their availability and was initially curious as to why their pricing was slightly lower than competitors in the area. Fortunately, Brian arrived early and was incredibly thorough, he must have taken almost 500 photos and spent around 20-30 minutes in the hallway alone! The report was very detailed and he was even kind enough to call me afterwards to detail all of the items he thought were a 'must do' vs cosmetic which was very helpful. Overall, customer service were incredibly helpful prior to booking and I can't actually find a fault so highly recommend!
