Feb 20,2023Paul T was great - very experienced across the entire construction industry, highly knowledgeable and professional, and very friendly and personable. He did an extremely thorough job reviewing our new build home. He gave us a comprehensive briefing on what he was going to do, kept us updated throughout the day and pointed things out inside and out as he went along. He produced an extensive report the same day. We couldn't be happier with his work and have no hesitation in recommending Paul and Premier Snag. Excellent value for money as well.

Feb 18,2023I am from Hong Kong. I strongly recommend Premiersnag. They are very responsive in email and very efficient on replying my enquiries. Although I have not meet them in person or talk over the phone. They made me have a strong sense that are very realiable and trustworthy. They spent 4 hours to check my 4 bedroom house while my friend’s snagging company took 2 hours. (Same size of house) I strongly recommend Premiersnag!!!

Glen, the surveyor, showed up a few minutes before our appointment and took a good couple of hours to check our flat thoroughly. Besides being very professional, he was very approachable and always keen on answering to our questions. Great service and good price compared to many other companies - we'll definitely get in touch again if we ever need to do snagging in future.

Feb 11,2023We are so glad that we contacted Premiersnag in advance and get the inspection booked on the 4th day of moving in. Paul Thompson showed up on time and gave me a friendly briefing of the process before surveying our plot. He looked into details carefully and spotted 266 snags for us, some of them are barely noticeable. He also checked our roof using the drone and took the thermal images of our doors and windows. He spent the whole day inspecting our plot until very late, therefore we received our snagging report the next morning. We have now forwarded the report to the developer and moved into the next phase to negotiate the repairs. We would definitely appreciate and recommend Paul and Premiersnag!

He did a very detailed inspection of the house as per RPSA guidelines and provided adequate guidance during his visit as well. Most importantly, he explained various issues during the snagging and I feel very confident taking them up with my builders. Feb 06,2023I would give this company 10 stars if I could! Myself and my sister booked this company for our houses based on reviews. Mark and his team arrived punctually, were professional and explained their findings really well and thoroughly. They used drones to view the roof tiles and surroundings. Final report was sent quickly. I compared mine to my neighbours snagging report, who used another reputable company. It was clear mine was a lot more detailed and thorough. Mark, knowing I was a first time buyer, gave me lots of useful advice about security etc. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks!

Jan 30,2023My sister and I have just bought two new built homes. I came across this company online when looking for snagging companies. Mark and his colleagues at Premier Snag provided a great service! They always arrived promptly and were kind and courteous. They asked me whether I had any concerns prior to undertaking their assessment which included the use of a drone and thermal imaging. They took time to talk me through the faults which were identified after. The report was very detailed and comprehensive and was sent promptly along with images from the drone etc. Photos were added to each snag and it was assigned to a room so the report was easy to read and accurately set out the issues. Would definately use them again if I ever buy a new home and would 100% recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks Mark and all at Premier! Kreena Vaghela.

After moving in nearly 2 years ago I thought I’d get someone to do a final snag list before the 2 years warranty was up. Jon was friendly and spoke me through everything and answered some questions we had. Very glad I had the snag done, found over 100 small issues with a lot of them being ones I wouldn’t have picked up on. Thank you!
