Jan 15,2023Daniel was my inspector and he was absolutely amazing. He was punctual, professional and yet very friendly. He came in well-prepared with all the tools needed (level, ladder, thermal camera, etc.). He spotted a concern about the loft which sunlight was visible in one corner. He also picked up other cosmetic defects. During the inspection, I threw him loads of questions and he answered all with patience. He also shared a lot with me about building standards. The final report was available on the same day in my case which was superb. I am glad that I have chosen Premier Snag.

Jan 13,2023Our new build 3 bed home inspection for snags was completed by Simon who was methodical and provide a repot easy to understand and pictures from using thermal imaging to anything cosmetics covering anything minor to major snags highlighted that take almost 3-3.5 hours thoroughly checked and the report was available within 24 hours. Definitely recommended.

Jan 11,2023We booked our new-build snag in the period between Christmas and New Year- communication was impeccable. Jonathon was highly professional- I cannot sing his praises enough. He arrived on time and under went a thorough inspection of our home. The report was sent within hours of him leaving the property. He has put our mind at ease and collated all the potential snags allowing us to share with our builders.

Jan 07,2023I booked my snagging in December just before Christmas unfortunately the team sent the inspector to the wrong address, so could not proceed with my inspection in Aldershot. We then arranged another date in early January, but due to inspector being unwell which I understand is not within their control, we had to re-schedule. Premier Snag compensated by giving a free inspection which was a nice gesture. Louise was apologetic throughout the process. Now that the snag has happened, I am pleased with the service. Glen (inspector) was on time and gave a comprehensive report. I would recommend the company to anyone - I was just unlucky with the initial hiccups but overall, had very good experience.

Jan 07,2023Would 100% recommend if you are buying a new build. They were so quick to reply and came out in between the Christmas and New year break at very short notice. Simon was so polite and thorough noticing things we definitely wouldn’t have noticed. They provided a very detailed report going through it all with me. The report came the next day. So glad I went with them.

Jan 05,2023Honestly they don't deserve even one star, they cancelled my appointment with out my confirmation whilst the discussion on whatsapp chat about the referral discount plus when I called to check why its cancelled without my confirmation he started shouting on me without listing and he confirmed that one of of the director. They wasted my time, plus rubbish chat and voice on super high I have whatsapp chat plus voice recoding I will repost if you guys not asking the sorry. Don't try to threaten me I do have what'sapp screen shots before you delete that's enough to prove that who is wrong please go to police thanks I will also sue you that mental pressure from you and racist words thanks

Jan 02,2023Brian came to our new house to carry out the snagging survey. He called the day before to confirm his arrival time. He arrived promptly and was extremely polite, courteous and respectful of our new house. He talked us through the main points before he left and we had the full report the next day, even though it was a weekend. Overall, very impressed with the service provided and would recommend.

Dec 28,2022I had a survey done by Brian at Premier Snag. He arrived early and did not waste any time starting with the survey. 5 hours later, he came up with a comprehensive list of snagging issues. Brian is a really nice person with plenty of experience in the building trade. The survey report was sent on the same day in the evening. I am really happy with the outcome. Now dealing with the builder will be another task...

Dec 05,2022Poor service from the start. Was not going to put this up, however the company has been actively unhelpful and others should be made aware of the pitfalls/poor service. The snagger not only missed that there was a draft coming in from the windows, the company then proceeded to deny this was a problem. The issue was visible on the thermal images, however they “delete” the originals after the visit and the snagger was adamant that this wasnt a problem. However Barratt has themselves admitted to the problem and is now fixing it. The snagger also missed a hole in the wall behind one of the radiators… not a service you would want to pay over £300 for missing not only specialised issues but also a gaping hole in the wall. Would suggest that if you do absolutely have to to use this company that you ask for thermals to be sent separately. A further addition is that the snagger was reluctant to put snags I identified in the report stating that its quite late in the build And he would be reluctant in putting these in. Edit: After posting this review I have had an aggressive call from the director and had baseless accusations as per company response. Use at own risk

Dec 02,2022If you are buying or have bought a new build house I would 100% recommend getting Premier Snag to visit and compile a report. Our inspection was completed by Brian who was very thorough and detailed in his report. He spent 5 hours at the property ensuring he had checked everywhere and he identified 168 issues. We have now submitted the report to the contractors customer care team and they have already acknowledged receipt and have scheduled a visit to go through and discuss. Overall an excellent service with very friendly and experienced staff

The booking process was so easy and we can’t compliment Mark enough for his level of detail throughout the inspection. We had some questions about what sort of items he might find, and he took the time to talk us through what’s expected and what may surprise. The report was very comprehensive which had many photos which can be passed onto the developer for them to put right. Thank you for such an amazing service.
