Nov 04,2022Premier Snag, Brian, carried out a very thorough inspection finding x10 the number items I could. If you’re in any doubt as to whether to get a snagging company in, Premier Snag are well worth the money. The report is detailed and comprehensive, with photos for each snag which you can hand over to your developer. This also gives you peace of mind that all issues have been identified ready for the developer to resolve rather than yourself several years down the line.

Mark and Danielle spent most of the day conducting a thorough inspection of the property, as well as taking time to answer my questions/give advice. I was looking for peace of mind and that's exactly what Premier Snag provided through their feedback and the comprehensive report that I have now passed on to our builder. If you've moved/are moving to a new build I would highly recommend using Premier Snag.

I am extremely glad I chose to go ahead with this service as I was shocked to see what was found that you wouldn't of even of thought of yourself. He went through the findings with us afterwards and pointed out issues we would've never found ourselves. Thankfully there were no major problems. Dealing with Premier Snag has been a great experience - I'd highly recommend them to all new build owners.

Aug 26,2022The inspector is very professional, spent 4 hours to have a thorough inspection. He's able to spot lots of snags which we were not aware of. While we are very busy handling the moving, the professional inspector definitely saved us a huge amount of time. Another "bonus" to us is that the inspector forgot to pick up one of his socket testing tool. We messaged the company about it, but he hasn't contacted and picked it yet. We are happy to have this as an extra "gift" though.

Aug 23,2022Mark was extremely thorough, friendly and professional, what should be a happy time can be extremely stressful when things are finished poorly and you are inexperienced to pick up on finishes and works. I can not recommend enough to have your new build checked by premier snag, the report was so detailed and items were explained throughout I had this the same day which left me feeling more reassured and relaxed, I wished I had them in sooner if anything as would of saved me days of worrying, it’s very apparent this company enjoys the work they do as I can imagine they help a lot of new home owners. Having such a poor experience with movers and the developers it’s reassuring to know there are company’s you can still trust to provide a high quality service.

Jul 30,2022From start to finish Premier Snag have been a delight. Our completion date was pushed back on a number of occasions and Premier Snag did not hesitate in helping to accommodate the various changes in date we requested. The property inspector arrived on time and was polite, knowledgeable and approachable. He spent three hours going around our small 2 bed property and identified a number of potential issues. He also provided details of the standards which we have been able to quote to our builder to support our conversations. We received the snagging report on the same day as the visit and found it to be easy to understand due to the pictures and simple annotations. The whole process has provided us with reassurance that our property has been built to a good standard and given us everything we need to ensure that the finer details are executed to the best possible standard. I would absolutely recommend getting your home professionally snagged with Premier Snag - it has provided us with peace of mind and confidence.

Nov 26,2022Best thing ever! Mark from Premier Snag visited our new build house last weekend and carried out a detailed Snag. We have already been in the property around 9 months and fixed the things we could see, however Mark found over 70 other Snags; including some pretty major ones that we would never have been aware of. We contacted the builder and sent them a copy of the report. A number of items have already been resolved in under a week. We highly recommend Premier Snag and Mark was very knowledgeable and polite. I have already recommended them to family and neighbours. Thanks again
