Lee was punctual (arrived early), did a very thorough inspection, and gave his thoughts afterwards on the major items for the builder to fix and why those are issues. I really appreciated his honesty and will be delighted to recommend to future new homeowners!

Sep 27,2024We Brian as our Snagger and he has great knowledge on the inspestion to be carried out on home, he checked almost everything and pointed out a minor issues, and he made to sure to explain us on why these are very important Brian was polite and friendly in approach, we had very little understanding on this but Brian helped us with all the snags. We would highly recommend Brian for his depth knowledge

He took the time throughout the process to speak to us and explain some of the more technical aspects that we’d have otherwise never picked up, and was always happy to answer our questions along the way. As first time buyers and people who had little understanding of new builds and the regulation around them, Tom’s insights and expertise have been absolutely invaluable. The final report was then provided in good time, and to a high standard giving us a comprehensive review of the property’s condition. A really friendly and knowledgable guy, who I would 100% recommend, and have already done so to others on our estate. Thank you very much Tom!

When I arrived at the appointment time, Brian was already underway with his work. The thorough report was completed and issued to me promptly that same afternoon. A very welcome relief these days to have a service provided without any problems whatsoever.

Sep 04,2024I am really pleased I chose premier snag for my new build. From the first contact on the website of contacting to ask some initial questions this was a positive experience and got the answer to the questions I needed. It was easy to book an appointment online and you can choose to pay at the time or be invoiced which is what I chose. I was kept updated about the appointment and Brian who completed my survey called to let me know he was going to visit and confirm the appointment. Brian completed a very thorough report and explained everything to me. No stone was left unturned, every detail was covered and even a drone which takes pictures to inspect the roof is used. I would recommend anyone who has a new build to consider premier snag, I think for the amount of money you pay to buy your house, the cost is very competitive and worth it because should there be anything major at least this could be picked up and rectified if needed. Brian is a credit to Premier Snag, has so much knowledge and experience your in safe hands! Thanks again Matt.

We were fortunate to have Tom Feeney to carry out our inspection and he was superb. Tom was so personable and had a thorough and meticulous approach to the inspection. Tom gave lots of really helpful advice and found over 150 snags that I had not spotted. The value for money is exceptional and I cant thank Tom and Premier Snag enough.

Sep 02,2024James came out for inspection, and he was a consummate professional. Told us absolutely everything we needed to know and had answers for all questions. Let us work around him as he went about the inspection,which was good as we still had things to do while moving our stuff into the new build piecemeal. He was very thorough and detailed for the report, as well as getting it sent over to us very quickly (the day after!). He also gave us some great advice with the property and following up with the developer to address the snags. Would highly recommend this company to others. Gave us one less major thing to stress about with our move into our first home!

It was an amazing report. After 2 months he came again and checked what has he found in his first visit on by one and gave me an another report. I am so happy and highly recommended Premier Snag. Oct 06,2024Fabulous company and very honest too, I accidentally paid to much and they contacted me, told me my error and refunded the same day, absolutely fantastic integrity. James visted us and was absolutely brilliant, very polite, very helpful, honest and explained everything, his report is fantastic and it's something we can work off, loved the drone video the most, so cool. This company and James were absolutely outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone to use them.
