Nov 02,2024I recently brought a new printer from Printerbase, and I can honestly say I have never received service as good. Not only was my printer the cheapest I could find online at that time, but I was also contacted the day I made the order, to basically check that I had made the correct choice for my needs. And Then to my very pleasant surprise I was informed that the next day Printerbase were due to start a sale, and did I want to hold my order back for a day to take advantage of this which of course I did. Saving a further £50! I really do not know of any other business that would do this. An absolutely outstanding service!

Oct 22,2024I purchased a Cannon G2570 printer, it was delivered in good time and condition. I got immediate emails from the company with details and they were great at following up with emails to check that all was going ok with the product. Very efficient and good personal service, I very much felt if there were any problems I could contact them as actually had a person to contact! Great personal service.

Oct 09,2024Very good, helpful, pre-sales service and efficient delivery. UPDATE: After-sales support could be a bit better. Instead of fobbing customers off and immediately telling them to contact the manufacturer, they could endeavour to provide a little more assistance directly.

Sep 27,2024I've never before had such thoughtful and helpful customer service when making an online purchase. I was buying a printer at a great (economical!) price, and I got a pre-delivery phone-call check to make sure I'd got the right product for my needs (with no sales-pitch to get anything extra), and a post-delivery call to check that everything was OK and to offer any support I might need.

Ryan checked that I had correct cabling, phoned to confirm order details, and updated this the following day by way of confirmation. Contrary to one or two reviews, no pressure at all to purchase anything not wanted. I could not have wished for better service, and all this at a price which was the best available on comparison websites.

Sep 10,2024If I could give them 6 stars I would! Amazing company. Rang the day I ordered my printer online to check that the product I had selected would meet all my needs. Then called the next day to give me info about the hour window for delivery. Most recently they have sent me a follow up email to remind me to register for my warranty. The experience has been so unique I have actually told friends about it. And...they didn't even ask for a review, but I just had to write one.

Nov 02,2024Wow, this company is exceptional. I ordered my new printer, I only wanted a very basic one, a Canon 5150. After I placed the order a very nice and helpful young lady rang to say was I happy with the printer I had chosen and explained the things it wouldn’t do. I explained I only wanted to print and scan so it was perfect. What service….no upselling. The best part , it arrived the next day. Thank you Printerbase, keep doing what you do.
