Feb 14,2025Zoe came to value my property on Sunday 9th February. She came across as professional, knowledgeable whilst also managing to be appropriately friendly. I gained sufficient confidence in Zoe and Purple Bricks offer to sign up there and then. On Tuesday the photographer Nikki came and took some excellent photos and between her and Zoe my property was listed on Rightmove on Wednesday. Today Thursday resulted in two viewings and one sensible offer from a very good buyer. I’m very impressed!

Feb 14,2025Ryan air of estate agents is the best way to describe them. Happy to talk the talk and take your money up front but after that it’s been an awful experience. Don’t reply to messages… took about 3 each time to get a response. No dedicated after sales which means you spend 20 mins each time just trying to connect to someone in the right department who promises they’ll reach out to the buyer but buyer confirms no contact made. Charge buyers £80 for a fraud check that no other estate agents does. So held to ransom with that! Long story short….. do not be taken in by how much cheaper they are… they charge extras and after sale agreed support is terrible. I can’t warn you enough to stay away from Purple Bricks!
