I highly do not recommend the branch in Wales. no contact with the agent, incompetent customer service, no interest in our house, viewers also complained about the long waiting time to contact a purple brick representative.

Have used PB on several occasions and had a great experience, unfortunately, they have recently binned the one contact relationship approach to have multiple contacts through the selling process, this can be a downside as you need to re develop relationships that can be taxing, the only saving grace with my recent sale was Crystal who managed to develop a sale and see it to the end

Lack of communication, About 5 different people during the process, Was never informed that the Strike dashboard was closing so previous correspondence was deleted without any prior notice. No urgency and lack knowledge regarding the sale process. Would never recommend Strike to anyone.

Once I understood the online system I found it quite straightforward. It just took a little time and perseverance for someone is not quite up to date with IT.

Feb 01,2025As soon as they get your money all customer service disappears. PB were managing 3 of the properties in our chain, including ours, which you would have thought would improve communication but made it worse. They gave inaccurate and misleading information about the other two properties meaning that the move date fell through just days before it was due to happen and after we had arranged everything which caused endless admin. They were not interested in trying to progress the sale and refused to answer calls, emails or return communications. Raised a complaint that was rejected as they said it wasn’t their responsibility (not their responsibility to answer the phone after being on hold for 20mins?????) We did save some money by using PB, which we needed for this move, but I would avoid using them again if at all possible, you literally have to do everything yourself apart from putting the ad an Rightmove.
