Feb 02,2025If I could give it a 0 star I would!! Avoid these people at all costs. They charge you for the gold package tell you they will look after everything and they do not! There’s no communication at all with them they stick a board up outside the property then suddenly it goes missing. When ever I tried getting in contact with our account manager she was never available or she would be on the phone and they would say she will call you back and does not call till 5 days after. I was always the one who made communication with them. We never had no call updates nothing at all other than to drop the price of the property which will entice more people and of course it didn’t, we previously got 2 quotes 1 with these and 1 with Keith Ian we stupidly choase these. We have now changed estate agents and it was the best thing we ever did it already has interests. Purple bricks may sound cheap but it’s just not worth it definitely go with a proper estate agent and not one like this

Feb 01,2025Avoid, avoid, avoid. Poor communication, poor service and terrible company. They removed us off the market, without verbally informing us ( by email) as we had been on the market for too long despite having the top gold package. Unfortunately we needed 3 property breaks due to health reasons and being away but we gave them plenty of notice. We were misinformed when we were told, if you don't sell your property within a time scale we would get our money back! Potential buyers were time wasters and I'm sure were NOT vetted. Do not use, they've been taken over by Strike.

Feb 02,2025We had a long visit from the Purple Bricks rep and at no time did we feel at all under pressure. We explained that as we are in our eighties and have been in the house for nearly 50 years it would probably take at least a year for us top be ready to move, but this was accepted without any hesitation. The agent from Purple Bricks was very approachable, informative and professional. Even if eventually we were to choose to use a different agency we cannot fault the way in which our interview with Purple Bricks was handled. .p
