Order arrived in some damaged packaging but products in useable condition. One product in particular was intended for a gift, but had black smudges all over it's white box. Online customer via Facebook messenger was very responsive and Elizabeth placed an order to replace the item intended for gifting for free, whilst I was also offered to keep the private collection diffuser in the marked/smudged box for myself. The replacement item arrived today in time for the birthday on Saturday, in perfect condition, and at no extra cost to me. My nearest store is an outlet store and it's superb so I'm more likely to shop there and pick products myself in future rather than ordering online, but online customer service handled this issue very well indeed.

KÆMPE anbefaling :) - Mega god service. - VIRKELIG sød lidt ældre dame (personale) i Waves shopping center. Jeg har købt: - The Rituals of namaste face mask - Den er VIRKELIG lækker og effektiv til trods for min hud er moden, tør og sensitiv. - Suede Vanilla Home perfume (dufter fantastisk) Glæder mig allerede til at handle hos Rituals igen :)

Butikken i Farum bytorv er bare indbegrebet af god service. Medarbejderne er venlige og skaber en god stemning og god service.

Ik was in Eindhoven. En daar is een meid die echt zo lief is tegen je. Rituals heeft überhaupt een fijne sfeer, maar van dat lieve behulpzame personeel laat die heerlijke geur in het niks.

In het kader van duurzaamheid heb ik de navulzeep van Rituals gekocht en deze in de bestaande Rituals zeeppomp gedaan. Blijkbaar is deze niet na te vullen want het loopt er aan de onderkant weer uit. De pomp lijkt nu poreus. En dit bij twee pompjes. Hoe kan dit?

Der Kundenservice ist echt ein Witz. E-Mails werden einfach komplett ignoriert. Selbst nach 4 Wochen habe ich immer noch keine Rückmeldung. Auch bei dem gemeldeten Problem über Klarna kommt keine Reaktion der Firma. Lieferung ging ja recht fix, aber wenn ich jedes Mal Probleme bei Fehlern habe, lasse ich in Zukunft die Finger von Rituals, auch wenn ich die Produkte toll finde..

Eind december kochten we we Jing pillow spray voor 19.9 euro. Vandaag opnieuw voor 22.9 euro ... Dus 15% erbij op 6 weken. Dit is een héeeel stuk meer dan de inflatie nietwaar. Conclusie. Daaag Rituals.

Ik ben helemaal weg van hun artikelen. Ze zijn hun prijs waard en je kan er langer van gebruiken omdat de kwaliteit zo goed is en je minder product moet gebruiken. Ik voel me altijd super na een volledige lichaamsverzorging met hun producten. Je eigen wellnes thuis.

SAV à la ramasse ! Après presque 3 semaines d'attente, le SAV made in India me répond qu'il est désolé que le déo ait détruit plusieurs tshirts, mais qu'il serait judicieux de me rapprocher du fabricant concerné ou de laver ces tshirts avec de l'acide... Pardon ? Non, c'est bon, les conseils débiles, vous pouvez les garder pour vous ! RITUALS c'est fini !!!

Haven't got a clue how to contact Customer Service at Rituals about faulty order! Call Centre consistently hanging up; no clear route to CS on the Webside; can't find on Messenger or WhatsApp. What's going on? This is unprofessional!

Fikk et duftlys til jul som jeg ønsket å bytte i en annen duft. Hadde ikke byttelapp/kvittering, men lyset var i originaleske og det går åpenbart an å se at lyset ikke er brukt.. Fikk dog ikke bytte til annen duft siden jeg ikke hadde kvittering. Dårlig service!

Habe meine Genie vor 4 Jahren geschenkt bekommen. Leider funktionierte die App nicht mehr. Nach mehreren Anrufen und E-Mails sollte ich dann die neue App herunterladen. Diese hat mit der "alten" Genie allerdings ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Wollte die Genie dann im Laden umtauschen. Das war aber leider nicht möglich. Fazit: Ich habe einen " Wegwerfartikel" für viel Geld gekauft. Mittlerweile gibt es auch viele Testergebnisse für die Produkte, Duschgel, Körpercreme usw. Diese wurden mit mangelhaft bewertet. Jetzt weiß ich auch, warum ich immer allergisch reagiert habe. RITUALS: NEIN DANKE!!!

I'd give customer service 0 if I could. Absolutely poor after sales service. Can't get in touch with anyone. Tried via email, WhatsApp no number. Wanted to return a damaged product, but no respknse. Ended up sending the item back myself without returns label and another month on, no refund. Honestly, waste of time doing business with Rituals - never again. Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Ik was op zoek naar een cadeau pakket. Deze kan je niet zonder een geurkaars kopen. Deze kaarsen zijn bijzonder slecht voor de gezondheid.

Har købt nogle duftpinde og den er allerede 2/3 dele tom efter 1 uge og den kostede 200kr. Synes den burde holde længere ift. prisen. Til gengæld dufter den utroligt godt og der var god kundeservice i butikken.

Awful customer service. A product purchased In store was clearly used and returned. After opening it was clear it was already open, used, damaged and half empty. Tried get through to customer service multiple times with no joy. Sent contact forms and images but no response. Then I get an email saying your case has been closed. I’m stuck with a product that shouldn't even have been on the shelves let alone sold to a customer. This should be taken more seriously.
