Oct 03,2020Royal craft we’re incredible. I needed some new rattan to replace some that was damaged on our table we’d had for a while. I couldn’t find the correct one and couldn’t remember the name of the furniture. Royal craft investigated, and found me a replacement part. They communicated throughout and I received the part quickly. They didn’t have to help, my furniture was 6 years old and obsolete So they were under no obligation to. The furniture is good quality, comfortable, and hard wearing.

Oct 01,2020Good value for money and lovely design. Shame that the rattan falls apart after less than 2 years. Seems that everybody else has the same problem. Evidently we have to cover them up from extremes of UV light!!! According to the maker. This is the UK FHS and the UK is not exactly known for extremes of UV light. They did offer replacement chairs at over 60 quid each but nothing in respect of the table which is trash. Interesting that none of the bad comments have been responded to. Says loads.

Sep 06,2020Really impressed with the quality of the garden furniture I bought. I contacted the company 2 years later as some of the feet had come off my chairs as we had sat on the grass in the chairs and they had sunk in the mud. They sent replacements out straight away for a small fee.

Sep 02,2020Service was exceptional. I e-mailed to find out if I could obtain replacement seat pads as I couldn't find them online. I had such a quick response and the items were sent to me very quickly. I am very impressed. I have had the seats for a number of years and they are used daily as our main dining set and just needed to refresh the cushions. Also very good value.

Sep 01,2020Couldn’t get a Royalcraft cube originally so ended up ordering another make, was very dissapointed with quality when it arrived so sent it back. Same day I contacted Royalcraft to see if they were having any more stock and they had one so ordered one, Great quality , looks twice as good as the other one and was actually cheaper .

Oct 09,2020I required replacement plastic pads for my “Wentworth”Rattan 8 seater patio set which due to the nature of my patio,seem to have worn quicker than I had expected. I was delighted how Royal Craft dealt with this, no issues at all, very professional, and efficient. Parts required were sent within a couple of weeks. Very much appreciated. Good job done. Colin
