Aug 14,2020I needed a new canopy for a royalcraft swing I purchased about 7 years ago, after emailing the company I was asked to send a photo of the swing so they were able to match it up. The same day I was told one was in stock, an invoice was emailed. I sent my payment details, and received canopy a couple of days later. So impressed with personal service I received.

Aug 05,2020Needed some replacement chairs to match after a garden theft. Considering Covid restrictions were in place the enquiry was dealt with in a reasonable timeframe. Once the order was made delivery was super quick. Customer service was really good considering this was a non-standard order, they were really helpful.

Aug 02,2020I ordered a cantilever parasol which was showing in stock on the website. My order was confirmed and my credit card debited. Having received the confirmation e-mail, I ordered weights for the base from another supplier. The following day Royalcraft e-mailed me to state that the parasol was out of stock. No forecast was given and I was invited to spend the debited amount with them on other items or opt for a refund. I chose the refund, but had to chase this before it went through. I had no legitimate reason to return the base weights to the other supplier and so these are surplus. Abysmal customer service.

Jul 09,2020The cover is a perfect fit and the drawstring at the bottom provides a snug finish, easy to put on, very neat. We love the Royalcraft furniture and were eager to protect it. Point of note, the glass is recessed on the table and large pools form on the cover in heavy rain. Solved this problem by cutting 2 hardboard sheets of manageable size to put on the glass to bring the cover up to the edge of the table. Don’t know yet how long it will remain waterproof but on similar products previously I have re-proofed with an aerosol product from outdoor/ camping shop. Yes, I would recommend

Jul 08,2020Heavy weight material, well made and exactly as described. Fits the furniture perfectly. It is early days yet but looks as though it will weather the winter storms well. I was so pleased with my original purchase for my 2 seater bistro set that I immediately ordered the cover for my 4 seater dining set. Equally as pleased with both. There are lots of cheaper covers available, I know I have tried some, just wish I had found Royalcraft covers sooner. The covers may appear on the expensive side but I think they are exceptional good value. You definitely get what you pay for.
