I am happy with the product however an incorrect sized cushion was sent for one of the armchairs so I took photos and emailed over a week ago and still no response. It is clear from the automated email response that call centre volumes are high and staff are low due to COVID-19 but just saying in the email don’t contact us again and we will eventually get back to you is not a great message!?! How long do I wait. Is 9 days not long enough to at least looked at my email and responded with some kind of action to at least let me know it’s not been ignored!?! Decent enough product but the customer service process could be better, even in these exceptional times.

Prompt delivery and good sturdy furniture with easy to follow instructions for assembly. The only downfall is the inferior cushions that are ill fitting and don’t look as they belong to the furniture. Obviously 1 cushion fits all sizes of furniture, a bit like a one size dress for a size 8 to 18

The furniture is fabulous, we couldn't be more pleased with it. It arrived earlier than estimated. The lady delivery driver was so helpful and took away all the packaging. Would highly recommend Royalcraft.

Fantastic. Got a really good quality garden bench at better price than anywhere else I could find. Delivered in good time despite concerns that delivery could be delayed due to COVID pandemic.

The wentworth 6 seater dining set was just as described, excellent product would definitely recommend, delivered very quickly. We had a slight problem with the lazy Susan which was very efficiently dealt with and replaced, 5* company.
