Still they haven’t collected the table which I have rejected not refund either

Apr 13,2020My rattan Marlow cube table top disintegrated under the glass after only 18 months. I contacted Royalcraft who supplied me with another without the glass at the cost of £300 expensive but I thought worth it as the original set was over £1000, which included 4 chairs and 4 stools. Unbeknown to me the screw holes didn’t line up which Royalcraft were aware could happen but I wasn’t told this. They then offered we a new complete table but this would be another £120. I queried this finding it to be rather expensive. I checked online and found that I could purchase a brand new Royalcraft cube table with 4 chairs for just over £400 so that’s exactly what I did. I then had to chase for the pick up of existing top and then my refund which I eventually got. Overall the customer service was always prompt and polite. It seems a shame that there appears to be a problem with the rattan table tops and Royalcraft are not more flexible in their approach at resolving the issues with a more favourable cost approach.

Apr 01,2020I needed a fixing set to a seating we bought after Christmas, when I came to check it the fittings were missing so I called Royalcraft who were extremely helpful found the fittings I need (thank goodness) posted them out to me within a few days and it only cost me £3-50 for the postage, brilliant service Thanks

Feb 25,2020The Sachelle furniture has been manufactured with mild steel pins and staples, rusting from new, they will not honor their duty to replace with fully weatherproof furniture. Also the weather proof cushions are not weather proof that we paid for. We paid top money.
