Dec 18,2019Bought a Stanbury bench for the garden. A quality product. Needed some self assembly and one of the screws stripped the threads. Probably my fault but Royalcraft sent a replacement free of charge even though I offered to pay. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend the company.

Aug 22,2019If There was a zero I would have given it. I purchased Royalcraft All Weather outdoor Furniture just under 3 years ago and for 18 months of that time I have been trying to get some support from the company but to no avail apart from trying to sell me another set. The furniture I bought was a corner set with 6ft table and 4 stools. Over the course of my owning the set it has been falling apart, firstly the sun shone through the glass table top and all of the table rattan broke up within a year, followed by the chair rattan breaking up with no reason. The furniture now looks 30 years old and is becoming un useable. I would strongly recommend avoiding this brand of so called ‘All Weather Outdoor Furniture’ because it isn’t.

Then I decided to phone the company and they were very helpful .It was a few years ago that I bought the table and I didn't think there'd be able to help but they did .A new one was sent to me .Excellent after sales service .Thank you .Jayne from Devon .
