Mar 23,2022Sadly, our experience of the conveyancing team was very poor. Communication was dreadful and instructions where not followed. We had to continually chase the solicitor to get updates on progress. Despite having the title deeds for a few months, it was not noticed that a grant of probate was missing and that took a further 4 months to sort out. What was a cash sale and should have taken a couple of months, ended up taking almost a year. Instructions for dispersal of sale proceeds were not followed and it seemed that no one worked on the case when the conveyancer was absent.

Mar 22,2022I have used Russell and Russell twice. Neede to get used to their portal, where you can have your I D. Checks done on line and do a lot of the paperwork When I phoned the staff were helpful. It's important to note that they are a Solicitor and you are comprehensively covered against fraud. This is important as recent legal cases have shown.
